非常滿意，服務很細緻貼心，有專門的服務羣四對一服務，我們住的是帳篷屋，能感受到店家對細節的用心，驅蚊燈，暖風扇，換氣機應有盡有。衞生間和淋浴間雖然是公用的但收拾的很乾凈。上山有兩條路，一邊平坦一些，一邊是秦嶺汽車登山錦標賽道，很有駕駛樂趣。營地還提供火鍋和下午茶，口感還不錯，不同的季節我們還會去感受。

非常好的環境，非常好的房間，觀賞梯田絕佳，來去皆需要翻越鳳凰山頂，觀賞到絕美雲海，待隧道打通路程會更近。

盤山的路程太曲折了，但是當你看到這裏的景色的時候會覺得一切都值得（推薦中午以後上山）實在太美了，伸手觸雲，像是住進了仙境一般，又像是詩中的田園生活，有蛙鳴有鳥叫有稻田，太適合休閑放鬆了，店裡的人也都超好，想的非常周到，還給介紹當地特色，跟小朋友玩耍，真的是一次非常讚的旅行。

白天帳篷裏會很熱，帳篷外也會有點曬，下午六點以後進入最舒服時段，吹着小風看着夕陽餘暉，吃着火鍋感覺超級棒，服務人員的態度都非常好，很多細節仍需提高服務意識

因孩子突然高燒，我們從西安無法正常前往入住。聯繫了酒店和客服，態度非常好。表示可以先免費延期，如果孩子病情加重無法前往可以免費取消訂單。無奈最終還是無法成行，酒店非常順利就退了款。期待下次能正常順利前往入住，本來孩子也非常期待這次去旅行，看來得等下次了。
