The room is quite satisfactory. It is a member of the Huazhu Association. Generally, it will book a hotel under Huazhu. This time, because it is a nearby office, I chose this one. The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.

It was a very good hotel experience, worthy of Hanting. I have always trusted Hanting, and it is basically the first choice where to travel. The plane arrived in the early morning last night. It is very convenient to take the airport bus. There is a special stop at the Hanting Hotel, and you will be there immediately after getting off the bus. Call the front desk directly if you need anything, and it will be resolved quickly. The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped with sofas, benches and round tables, which is very convenient for guests. The front desk service is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. There is a Wanda Plaza nearby with many dining options and it is within walking distance to the subway station.

Location is a decent walk to St Sophia church but in a relatively cold day, even though it’s near 中央大街, we still take taxi to the entrance. There’s very nice eateries nearby so that’s the advantage of staying here. Rooms are a little small and the lobby is quite small compared to other local hotel chains I’ve visited. For the price I paid, I guess it’s still decent. After all I prefer clean hotels and they maintained the rooms fairly clean. Short drive on taxi to the railway station but if you prefer accessibility for airport bus or high speed rail, it is still better to find more walkable hotels at the south of the railway station. Some staff were very helpful when dealing with our parcel while 1 or 2 felt quite cold and not quite chatty.
