AAnonymous UserThe homestay is superb! The room is very spacious with high quality facilities. There is even a self service type of WC that is used generally in Japan & Korea. Lodge owner & wife ate extremely friendly, helpful & nice. They will ferry u around to activities in Yabuli free of charge. They can help to arrange tickets to attractions & help u with itinerary if u need advice. Even lend us ski jackets & helmets & googles without charge when go skiing. Even buy fireworks for my boy to play. Outside the lodge has snow slides & snow toys to play freely. This homestay is highly recommended. I will give 10 ⭐️ if there is. 😃👍

11360171****Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

MM470361****Staying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

PprhdmmHaving stayed at the Shangri-La, Crowne Plaza, 1903 Hotel on Central Street, and Westin during this trip, the Ritz-Carlton truly stands out as the best. First, being able to have breakfast in the executive lounge offers unparalleled privacy. For the same price, executive rooms at other hotels always mean going to the crowded first-floor restaurant, and some even have ridiculous queues for breakfast. Second, only the Ritz-Carlton genuinely takes the time to introduce you to the room's amenities and your benefits. At other hotels, I've had to ask why I wasn't getting my benefits, only to find out the front desk forgot to add them! Finally, the butler service is also top-notch. David was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, and his recommendation for Sakurayukitei Japanese restaurant perfectly suited my partner's taste. The owner of the Japanese restaurant was quite grateful when they heard we were recommended by the Ritz-Carlton. In short, I booked through Ctrip because the Marriott app isn't user-friendly for me, but the Ritz-Carlton consistently sets the standard no matter where it is.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments. There were many highlights that deserve praise: 1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail. 2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean. 3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children. However, the first day was quite a 'headache': Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again... In summary: The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

AAnonymous UserThe park is quite large, perfect for families with kids or elderly people. The architecture and scenery are beautiful, making for great photos. The downside is that the electric carts are quite expensive, costing 90 yuan for half an hour. We arrived a bit late and rented a cart to take my elderly family members around, which conveniently took exactly half an hour. The cart was noisy, and since all the staff had left for the day, we couldn't exchange it. Furthermore, the room was quite spacious, but there were many ladybugs this season, so the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the price for both the entrance ticket and accommodation was acceptable.

MM615326****The hotel's cleanliness was a wonderful surprise! The bedding was spotless and odorless, the desk and floor were immaculate, and the bathroom was dry with no dirty corners – not even a speck of dust. It felt so clean and reassuring to stay there. As someone who pays attention to details, I'm extremely satisfied. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness. Plus, the hotel offers a very thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service from the station.

AAnonymous UserI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four (photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
