GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserMy child was on summer vacation, so I brought her to play in the nearby suburbs and we chose this place. She was very happy, and I loved it too. The room was clean, hygienic, and cool. Both indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many cherry trees in the yard, and we could eat the cherries for free, which was absolutely fantastic 👏 Five-star review!

YYanggaomeinvTraveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

GGuest UserThe service here is excellent, from booking to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything was impeccable. The Chinese restaurant waitress, Miss Xu, was especially warm and professional. This is much better than the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where I noticed foreign guests were prioritized with excessive deference – that wasn't the case here in Harbin. The Ritz-Carlton Harbin's service was truly attentive and responsive to every request, hats off to them! 👍 There were a few minor downsides. The smart toilet seat, if you sit on it for too long, the lid taps your back. 🤭 The first room they assigned me was quite far from the elevator, which I had requested since I'm a light sleeper. However, after the staff showed me to the room, I got lost trying to find the elevator again after turning a few corners, haha! So I went back to my room and called the front desk. They then upgraded me to a river-view room closer to the elevator. But as soon as I entered, there was a slight lingering smell of renovation near the entrance. For someone as sensitive to smells as I am, it was quite impactful, but I really didn't want to bother them again. Sure enough, I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night, quickly took some medicine, and felt better after an early morning walk. Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but by 9:40 AM, the hot milk was already gone. A kind female manager went to the coffee machine to get me a cup, as it would take 7 minutes to provide more hot milk. My suggestion is that if breakfast is until 10:30 AM, they shouldn't stop replenishing items early just because there are fewer people. This will only lead to even fewer guests over time. I even bought 14 more breakfast vouchers, by the way. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is excellent, which is why I bought 10 breakfast vouchers. The gym equipment is great, and the service there is also very enthusiastic. The lighting in the swimming pool area at night was a bit dim. Since it's a water environment, dim lighting can be dangerous and make it difficult to spot issues. My friend suddenly got leg cramps, luckily a coach came over and pulled her out. The downside is that there are two lifeguard observation chairs, but no lifeguards. There's a duty coach who occasionally comes in to check, and sometimes goes to the gym to teach. Even though the water depth is 1.35 meters, a swimming pool, by regulation, must have lifeguards on the chairs. Accidents can happen in water, so safety is paramount. Overall, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting.

GGuest UserPros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GgegetongFirst off, the hotel's location is excellent, nestled between Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. It's incredibly close to both attractions; in fact, it's right across from the cathedral, so you can just cross the street morning and night. Central Street is also just 300-400 meters west of the hotel. Downstairs, there's the Xin Yibai department store and Daoli Market, which is perfect if you want to skip restaurants and try various local snacks. Secondly, I've stayed at Vienna Hotels in many cities across the country, and this one stands out for its decor, cleanliness, and service. The room isn't huge (understandable, given it's in an old city scenic area), but it's cozy and spotless. Plus, the four bottles of Nongfu Spring water and two cans of Kvass were complimentary. It's currently peak ice and snow season, so the staff are incredibly busy with guests checking in and out daily, but they always greet you politely, whether they're actively working or not. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options.

XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport. **Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive. **Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room. **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

GGuangjing04My overall experience during this stay was excellent, offering great value for money. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing sleep, I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the hot water came on quickly with a stable temperature, making for a great washing experience. The room's soundproofing was also good; I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at night, ensuring a quality rest. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. Communication was smooth, and any issues were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with many dining options nearby, and getting around by taxi or public transport was hassle-free. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable, meeting and even slightly exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to the area.

GGuest UserWhat's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
