We just arrived in Harbin from our long haul flight and I booked this place when I was in guangzhou. I thought it was very clean same as the picture posted on this platform. When we arrived I'm a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room there are shoe marks on the wall and there are things inside the cabinet and one of the side table are placed on the small kitchenette.

The overall is okay, but there is no hot water, no matter how you adjust the shower, no hot water comes out, but the faucet next to the hand wash has hot water. The combination lock given by the boss failed after opening the door only once, and I don't know what happened. But neither of us bothered to ask the boss
