1、隔音巨差。隔壁什麼時候洗澡，正常聊天音量的笑聲，甚至沖廁所的聲音都聽的一清二楚。2、服務態度差。第一，打電話問有沒有煙味沒那麼重的房間，我不抽煙。工作人員直接反問我，哪有顧客不抽煙啊？這個話直接給我整不會了。難道我這種不抽煙的就不是顧客了，不是人了？第二，説是可以幫着下游戲。結果我都到第二天退房了，工作人員也沒回我消息。詳情見圖。3、床品套了一次性防護罩。但是聊勝於無，躺下入睡後一陣一陣的煙味從床單被罩枕頭上飄過來。不知道多久沒洗床品了，很噁心。4、門沒法上鎖。有安全隱患。5、窗簾衹能拉一半，早上起來等着被強光照醒吧。總結來説，這是一次巨差的居住體驗。爾濱的旅遊業剛剛火起來，這種店的存在實在是讓哈爾濱的城市形象收到損害！拉低了哈爾濱的服務業整體水平！真的希望儘早整改。
