住的大床房，環境挺好的，位置方便，一樓就是超市，服務到位，熱情好客，洗漱用品很全，屋裡有洗髮水，沐浴露等等，就是房間太不隔音了，不過大多數賓館都有這個問題。

根本沒住，真是給哈爾濱抹黑。半夜打車去賓館告訴我們沒有房間提前預訂還能沒給留房間？大半夜跑遍了哈爾濱都沒有房間住了第一天去哈爾濱就留宿街頭。

我明明在網上定的是賓館到了之後變旅店了。沒有窗户。很小的一間，我跟她説定的時候明明説的有窗户很大的雙床間，人家告訴我找平台。跟他們無關，我就想知道是平台騙我們，還是商家騙我們。或者是平台根本不實地考察，虛假宣傳騙遊客！
