Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staffs were extremely friendly and greets you with passion. Walkable to most places by foot, only issue is if you order didi you’ve to walk opp to board car due to one way traffic. But room is extremely neat and has everything you need. They were very nice to help us keep parcels shipped to hotel as well

Hotel is located just 3 minutes walk away from Sophia Church, the room is very clean and has chinese version of google home and there is a laundry room in the basement. You can collect one bag of free gifts during check-in and one free iconic Matier ice cream (worth RMB5) per person each day from the lobby, saves you from queuing at the actual store and paying for it! My only complaint is that the room is too small to open two luggages, else everything is perfect!

Last minute reservation as plan schedule has to be rescheduled due to snow storm road closure at Yabuli/Xuexiang. Arrived hotel after midnight and left after a good 5-6 hours sleep. Room rather cramp but good for budget traveller. Clean room and bed is comfortable. Staff was very helpful, super sweet and friendly. Help reserve DIDI to 731 Museum return before fly back to home country. Distance to morning market is within 5-7 mins by foot. Yes! Surely recommended to stay. Happy guest!

The location is good, travel is very convenient, and the group purchase price is also very cost-effective. I recommend everyone to experience it! It is highly recommended. The room is clean and tidy without any odor. The decoration is simple and stylish. The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic. Location is the best for tourist. Exactly opposite zhongyang street. Everything else is exactly like the picture. Very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wanted to visit harbin

I absolutely loved my stay at YueFeng Hotel Harbin. The hotel is strategically located next to ZhongYang Train Station, within walking distance of ZhongYang Street, with a halal restaurant conveniently nearby. The staff were excellent as we were warmly welcomed with sweet local fruits and they kindly assisted us with our luggage. The shower in the bathroom was incredibly powerful, with excellent water pressure. A perfect hotel for travelers!

Most people get off the airport bus and go to Ibis, but the Chuguo Hotel is another alternative. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Ibis. The facility itself is very clean. The room is a little smaller than the size indicated on the reservation site. First of all, the reception staff are really friendly. They help you until it is resolved as if it is their own business. They don't speak English, but they really try their best to translate it for you. I was really touched. Many reviews say that the elevator is slow, but there are only two in operation, and it may be a little congested during check-out time. But I didn't feel uncomfortable. They refill the amenities right away when they run out, but why don't they refill the toilet paper? When the previous guests used the toilet paper, If there wasn't much left, they would have put in new ones, I wouldn't have run out of toilet paper, But when I checked in, the shape was good, I just thought there would be a lot of toilet paper and used it, But the toilet paper ran out quickly. But they filled everything else, but they didn't fill the toilet paper even once until I checked out (3 nights). It was ironic. I bought toilet paper and used it. I went in July, and there was no refrigerator, So even though there was water and drinks in the room, I couldn't eat them. It wasn't cold. And even if I bought groceries at the convenience store, I couldn't put them in the refrigerator, So they got cold quickly, and this was really disappointing. Of course, if you ask for cold water at the reception, they'll give it to you. But having a refrigerator in the room and not having one are two different issues, especially in the summer. Other than that, the location is good and the facilities are good. It's easy to catch a taxi and it's close to Jungang University. I really liked it. And there's a convenience store nearby. If you find that watermelon ice cream, Please buy it and eat it. It's really delicious. Lastly, I'm attaching a picture of the bus stop in front of Ibis going to the airport. I'll also attach the timetable. But I don't think they follow the timetable very well. It seems like they just take everyone.

I booked this hotel because of its special style and the unusual accommodation experience. The front desk staff was very cold when checking in, and it felt like they were not well trained. The room was also a bit strange. There were only two bath towels in the triple room, no bath mat, the water flow system on the floor of the bathroom was blocked, and there were no bathroom shoes. The toilet door could not be closed, and it was very inconvenient to take a bath. The style of the hotel is very good, but it lacks maintenance and management. If it can be improved, the overall experience will be 60 points.

The location was excellent, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a strong water supply. However, the floor heating system was inadequate, making the room quite cold. We had to wear sweaters to sleep. Although we noticed the issue on the first night, we only reported it to the staff on the second night. Friendly night staff promptly provided us with a portable heater, which was a kind gesture. Unfortunately, our stay was further marred by two unexpected electricity outages in our room on the second night. These incidents were alarming and disrupted our sleep and we both fell asleep in the morning only. To make matters worse, we were asked to vacate the room by 2 pm, which forced us to rush our morning and wait in the reception area for few hours before departing for the airport. Overall, our two-night stay was disappointing due to the heating issues, electricity outages, and rushed checkout experience.
