Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, their service is excellent and I love how they refill the fruit plate everyday. The drinks in the minibar are all free and they refill it everyday. The bed is very comfy and the water pressure of the shower head is very good. They also provide diffuser as the air is very dry here. The breakfast is very delicious and there's a variety of selection. The best part is the location. Its near the famous walking street (中央大街）and a lot of tourist attraction. There's also tons of restaurants near the hotel. Definately will stay here again if I visit Harbin again in the future.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

The experience of staying at Qiuguo Hotel this time exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the whole house intelligent control system. Just shout ”Xiaodu” and you can easily adjust the lighting and air conditioning temperature. Even the curtains can be opened and closed by voice control, completely freeing your hands, and the sense of technology is directly full! The bathroom is not only clean and tidy, but also thoughtfully prepared bath balls. The dense foam makes every bath a pleasure~ The most touching thing is that there is an unlimited supply of drinks and mineral water on the bar in the guest room. You can replenish water at any time when you stay up late to watch TV series. This kind of detail is really a super plus! From smart devices to small items in life, you can feel the hotel's care in every place. It is definitely a treasure hotel worth visiting many times!

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Rooms are warm and clean, not far from Sophia Square. The price is fine. Would be great if they would have a different breakfast options. But in general it was pretty great experience.

Great service Great location The hotel is located nearby St Sophia Cathedral just a 5 Min walk away. The room is spacious and clean at a reasonable price. The front desk staff are very helpful and very kind. They kept our forgotten item in the room for us too. I appreciate it. next time I have a chance to visit Harbin, I will come here again!

The location was excellent, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a strong water supply. However, the floor heating system was inadequate, making the room quite cold. We had to wear sweaters to sleep. Although we noticed the issue on the first night, we only reported it to the staff on the second night. Friendly night staff promptly provided us with a portable heater, which was a kind gesture. Unfortunately, our stay was further marred by two unexpected electricity outages in our room on the second night. These incidents were alarming and disrupted our sleep and we both fell asleep in the morning only. To make matters worse, we were asked to vacate the room by 2 pm, which forced us to rush our morning and wait in the reception area for few hours before departing for the airport. Overall, our two-night stay was disappointing due to the heating issues, electricity outages, and rushed checkout experience.
