He said the hotel could help us cancel the order and we needed to give Ctrip a list. The hotel would refund the money and we just needed to book another night. Our problem was solved in just a few words. Then why didn't the female manager cancel our order and had to pay for one night's room for nothing? She said we had to call 12315. The attitude of the female manager was obviously much better. She had to make us angry and make a big fuss before she would find a solution, right?
