Best Harbin Spa Hotels

Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

It is next to MixC, and there is a row of small restaurants behind MixC. Dianping did not disappoint us for dinner. The hotel has good sound insulation and I slept very comfortably. Other hotels woke up after 6 o'clock, but this one slept until 8 o'clock.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Environment: You can't sleep before 9:30 pm, because there will be constant clang clang clang sounds, the sound of sports in the gym. It is still very obvious when you listen to it in the room. Service: The front desk service is very average. There are a total of 5 people at the front desk, all of them are talking to a group leader (it should be a group purchase order for a tour group, and one person is holding several room cards to handle it). The other guests were left there. I was anxious to remind them and they came back to handle it alone. The surrounding environment is good, very good. If you can choose to check in, you must choose a room with a window. Without a window, you really don't know when the morning will come!

Located on Gogol Street, the location is very good, whether taking the bus, subway or online car-hailing, it is very convenient. The electrical facilities are a bit old, but they can meet the needs of use. The service is very good, warm and patient. There is no pre-made noodle stall for breakfast, but hot dishes, cold dishes, noodles and pastries are all available, especially hot dishes, which are very rich, boiled shrimp, fried pork tenderloin and roasted chicken nuggets... Qiulin Company and Songlei Commercial are nearby, and it is also very convenient to go shopping and eat.

Mr Brian Chen was very helpful in the information provided, and Mr Frank, at the dining room, looked in detail for all aspects of guests' preferences. I understand cultural differences, although the hotel may consider bath tube and sauna for mixed gender - couples and families will appreciate it for sure. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return defenitely, including in the winter, to explore the different touristic offer.

In view of having had a relatively satisfactory day experience and a relatively perfect day of fun, the three adults and one child unanimously decided not to change hotels and to continue staying in the original room. Although there is still 30 kilometers to go until the third day, it can be overcome, haha. We slept comfortably, got up early to have a full breakfast, packed our luggage and started the journey.
