Best Harbin Spa Hotels

Hotel is excellent. Location is good for viewing. But not too good for strolling around. However service level is kinda bad in my opinion. The previous hotel that I stays in beijing is much more attentive and helpful. Especially in helping us foreigner which is not really good in chinese to get didi, look for location. In beijing, some even help us book for us with their didi. However in ritz, Staff there tend to half ignore to drive us away. Although they do not sound impolite, but the unwillingness to help is clearly seen. Thus i would rather figure it out myself.

This is an old five-star hotel. It is very comfortable as soon as you walk into the lobby. Both the security guard and the lady at the service desk greeted you with a smile. Since we brought our puppy with us, we contacted the hotel in advance and added Miss Xiaoyu as a friend. She was very considerate and cared about our needs. She also upgraded our room to the room at the end of the corridor, which was very quiet. Probably because they were afraid that the pet would disturb other residents. The cleaning lady was also very kind. The parking lot is large, and opposite is the Dragon Tower + Central Garden. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will recommend it to my friends next time!

First of all, the service was very good. We requested a non-smoking room, and the service staff showed us several rooms for us to choose from. It is recommended that the hotel reserve some non-smoking rooms for convenience in the future. Secondly, the environment, facilities, and location are very good. It is next to MixC, and there is a row of small restaurants behind MixC. Dianping did not disappoint us for dinner. The hotel has good sound insulation and I slept very comfortably. Other hotels woke up after 6 o'clock, but this one slept until 8 o'clock.

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall. Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

The room was large, clean and with a great view. On top of that the best thing is the service was exceptional! From the check in staff, cleaning staff, room service staff, concierge, the customer experience ladies etc etc we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful care provided. The price/performance ratio is very high. Downstairs is the sports park and the scenic area in the middle of the lake. It is very close to the river, bus station and subway station. It is convenient for travel and clean and tidy. Parking available. The service attitude is good and there is breakfast, which is very good!

The hotel is in a good location, next to several large shopping malls of Qiulin Company, and convenient for travel by subway station. The room is sunny and clean. The most satisfactory thing is the hotel breakfast. The restaurant is very clean, the dishes are rich, the snacks are very delicate and delicious. The service attitude of the restaurant waiters is very good, and there is a feeling of home. I sincerely recommend it. It is a conscientious hotel!

One of the best hotels, service is top notch, definitely 5 star or more, clean, spacious, complete amenities. We love the breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. View from room is beautiful, big bathtub, and ample space for luggage. We took the shuttle service to Zhong Yang Da Jie and back. Worth the price we paid. Special mentioning of service staff at executive lounge孙婷雨 and front desk Ms 刘，who are professional and always responded to our requests.
