Hotels Near Zhiwu Park in Harbin

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m. 5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jingu Hotel Harbin! The hotel is perfectly located on the famous Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to explore the city. Manager Liu went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Traveling with our three kids, we were delighted when he treated all of us to the hotel's special Harbin specialty ice cream – a thoughtful and delicious gesture. He also kindly arranged a late checkout until 5 PM, which was incredibly helpful since our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide variety of options. Our kids especially loved the cupcakes, and we all enjoyed the live noodle station. The selection was mostly Chinese cuisine. Though the interior of the rooms seemed dated, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured bathtubs that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The overall service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.

It was my first time to come to Harbin. I didn’t see the hotel I booked clearly. I thought it was just an ordinary B&B-like hotel. I thought I would change it if it didn’t work. I stayed there with the mentality of staying one night and giving it a try. I didn’t expect that the room environment and facilities were so poor. It's great. There are no overcharged items and free afternoon tea. I contacted the service staff later and found that they were very attentive in every aspect and made me feel at home. Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to the HR. They were very enthusiastic and answered any questions quickly. After solving the problem, I felt the meticulous service. I will choose here again next time I come to Harbin.

This is a very decent hotel, close to the main tourist area and lots of restaurants within a few hundred metres distance. The room was very warm and clean. The staff were very polite and acted very quickly upon our requests. We didn’t use the cafeteria so we cannot comment on the quality of the food, but it seemed to have quite a comprehensive selection of food even if it was just Chinese style breakfast. For the price you pay, breakfast should be included there was no coffee in the room, only tea. In any case, they were very kind and gave us a small present upon our departure.

When I was playing in Changbai Mountain, I received a call from the hotel asking about the check-in time. I felt that the hotel should be good. On the day of check-in, the reception was very good. However, the hotel's hygiene needs to be improved. There was hair on the floor that was not cleaned in time. After calling the front desk, the hotel staff had a strong sense of service and immediately changed our room. (During the Chinese New Year, there were fewer housekeepers, which I can understand, and I hope to strengthen it in the future). The next day, Mr. Ma, the general manager of the hotel, also came to apologize... I really like this... Advantages: Due to the hotel's superior geographical location, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Central Street, 10 minutes to the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Iron Bridge, and 30 minutes to St. Sophia Cathedral and Hongzhuan Morning Market. There are many places to eat nearby. Room: Since the building is a renovated hotel of an old building, the room space is compact. But compared with those renovated hotels of old buildings in Europe, this hotel is already an extreme layout... The hotel's decoration is European style... It's great, but the hotel's perfume smell is very strong, which is a bit unbearable. It would be much better if it could be lighter. Otherwise I feel like I've arrived at the duty-free cosmetics area. In summary, the decoration and location are great, the room is compact, and the hotel breakfast can be enriched. Strengthen the room cleaning and review. It will be more perfect. Finally, I would like to add that my wife has always been picky about coffee during our trip, but the coffee at Ritz is really delicious. I sincerely recommend it... I'll see how to buy some back next time😁 Finally, I wish the Ritz Hotel better and better, prosperous, and profitable.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Location is perfect, super convenient and this hotel is full of history of Harbin. Worth staying I checked in 2 times in a trip, they upgraded my room for both nights. First night i was given duplex unit at level 3, the room is old and not convenient with the narrow staircase. Another night i was given a newly renovated room at level 2, way more nicer compared to previous one. Make sure you get a renovated room.

Pros: The location is good and near the central street. The staff standing at hotel lobby are cheerful and polite although they are not much experiences to handle oversea customer. The hotel breakfast is nice and many variety. Cons: The hotel counter staff(cant remember her name) need to be trained as she throw our passport on the table top after recorded our particular and dull face all the way which we really feel unrespected. we stayed there for 4 nights, 1st night we find out the room a bit dusty, so next day morning I have highlighted to the counter staff my room need to vacumn thoroughly, but night time we came back still the same.
