Harbin Hotels with Pools

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in a distinctive neighborhood, and the Chinese Baroque architecture creates an immersive, retro atmosphere. They even offer a cheongsam try-on experience, so every photo you take looks professional. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, and the water purification system provided peace of mind, with stable hot water and good pressure. The entire room had smart controls for lighting and curtains, and the rotatable TV mount was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, as I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast, served in a beautiful nine-grid presentation, was exquisite and delicious. The location offers convenient transportation, making it perfect for both tourists and short stays. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will definitely be my top choice for my next visit!

Staying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

After arriving at Harbin West High-Speed Rail Station, I followed the signs for taxis and took one to the vicinity of Sunac City Mall, where I easily found the hotel entrance. Before I even got out of the car, a handsome staff member was already there to greet me and help with my luggage. At the front desk, three lovely ladies greeted me with polite smiles, asking for my reservation name and other details. When I presented my ID for check-in, the sweet Mandy tentatively asked if I'd be interested in a room upgrade and how that would work. A special shout-out to Mandy for noticing we had two children during check-in; she thoughtfully gifted us two small presents and two days' worth of breakfast for my older child (who is over 120cm tall) ❤️. She also made sure to inform housekeeping to send up two disposable bath and toilet sets! Another commendation to the housekeeping staff who warmly provided us with two pairs of children's slippers and a pack of bottled water! As southerners, it was both touching and impressive to see a hotel so generously provide a whole pack of water to the room for the first time. Mandy would proactively greet us politely every day and ask if we needed any help, offering excellent suggestions for our 4-day, 3-night self-guided tour (the Northeastern spicy hotpot and BBQ are truly delicious!). I also want to praise the hotel's daily freshly cooked noodle section, including beef offal noodles and other varieties; the fresh toppings were flavorful and appetizing, and the staff were all enthusiastic, patient, and polite! My child said every day that they didn't want to leave and wanted to stay longer, wanting to return here next time! The hotel's bedding and soundproofing were excellent, and the blackout curtains were fantastic, ensuring our family, after a day of 'special forces'-style walking tours, could get a full night's rest every evening! The shower pressure was strong, and the bathroom's non-slip and drainage were spot on. The unrestricted access to electricity cards, allowing the room to remain well-ventilated, was a great touch! In short, satisfaction guaranteed!

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, requiring a taxi for transportation. Check-in on the 54th floor was incredibly smooth, truly a 'check-in in the clouds.' The day before, hotel staff called to confirm my needs, which was very helpful. The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which I really appreciated. By the window, there was a small round table and two comfortable chairs, perfect for placing groceries and enjoying them at leisure. The hotel provided plenty of drinking water and a capsule coffee machine, though I didn't use it in the room since I'd be having coffee at breakfast. Breakfast, also on the 54th floor, had a well-designed layout. Enjoying delicious food while looking out at the view was very pleasant. However, I noticed that at the noodle station, where there was a sign for water spinach, they were actually serving spinach. If there's no water spinach, the sign should be removed. I asked, and several other people also specifically asked for water spinach but were told it was spinach. The pastries were excellent, perfectly baked with fresh fruit on top, and looked very appealing. The restaurant staff were prompt in clearing plates and very patient. Overall, it was a great travel experience.

It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

My stay at the Olookuya Hyatt Centric Harbin was truly a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's unique forest tribe theme design is refreshing, with its wooden decor exuding a premium feel. Taking the express elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, the stunning panoramic views of the Songhua River immediately took my breath away. What touched me the most was Sally, our butler at the executive lounge! Her service was absolutely impeccable. From her warm greeting during check-in to her meticulous care throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether patiently answering our questions or proactively assisting, Sally demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She not only showcased the high quality of Hyatt Centric but also made us feel completely at home. The hotel facilities are equally outstanding, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the spacious and comfortable room, and the abundant breakfast – all reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Sally's thoughtful service made this trip to Harbin even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very meticulous and provide excellent service, paying attention to every detail. They even helped me buy a few things late at night, which I really appreciate.

I originally bought a pre-sale voucher, but couldn't book a slot on the day, and it turned out to be even cheaper to just book directly. The location isn't very convenient; it took over 20 minutes to get here by taxi from Harbin Station, and the nearest subway is more than 2 kilometers away, so taxis are the only option for getting around. The room itself was pretty standard, and they provided bottled water, though I didn't recognize the brand. Service, however, deserves criticism. When checking in, I specifically paid for a late check-out, and the front desk confirmed a 4 PM check-out. Yet, at 2:40 PM, they called to rush me out! That left a really bad impression!

The room is big and clean, but the hot spring is old. The hot spring water is clean. The hot spring water is hot, but the indoor temperature is low. It is hot in the water, but cold when you come out. There is a swimming pool, and the water temperature is low. You have to go to the hot spring pool after swimming for a while. There are not many people, and the outdoor pool is very good. In summary, the hotel room is big, clean, and the bed is wide. The outdoor hot spring is clean and has many choices. The indoor hot spring area is a world of ice and fire. The restaurant tastes OK, and the consumption is civilian. There are sweat steaming rooms, rest halls, free pumping for swimming rings, and renting large ducks on the water for 20 yuan, which is a real surprise.
