This hotel is housed in a beautiful old Republic-era red brick building, featuring vintage French-inspired public areas. The courtyard is quiet and elegant, offering an open-air space to relax and unwind. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, instantly soothing away travel fatigue. Both hygiene and service are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are warm and attentive. Plus, it's right next to the Laodaowai snack street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. If you're planning a trip to Harbin, you absolutely have to stay here!

I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

The Harbin Sunac Club Med Hotel has two robots, and they're really helpful! There's an amusement park and Sunac Mall nearby. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, and they even arranged a shuttle bus for us to Sunac Mall. The bellboy was great; he took us to the shuttle and even offered us water. When we checked out, I called the front desk, and a bellboy quickly came up to help with our luggage. It was a very satisfying stay. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she's not only beautiful and kind, but also incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely be staying at your hotel again because of her. She really makes your hotel stand out among so many others. Excellent service always wins, and she's a fantastic first impression for your front desk. It's a shame I couldn't get a corner room during my two-night stay! However, the overall experience was still very good. The hotel's front desk and restaurant are on the 54th floor, and dining by the window was a fantastic experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. The breakfast desserts were delicious, and the pastries had an excellent flaky texture. It would be even better if they offered a wider variety, like mousse cakes! The restaurant had a daily special dish. The grilled cold noodles I had on the first day were excellent, and when they offered a different dish the next day, I mentioned I'd love to have the grilled cold noodles again. The chef specially prepared a portion for me – the service was truly exceptional! I forgot to get the name of the female chef. The pool area was lovely, with two large windows offering great views, so waiting was never boring! The staff there were also very enthusiastic and chatty. The hotel's location is convenient, close to Sun Island, Siberian Tiger Park, and Central Street. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the residential area downstairs.

Sister Dong and her husband are both incredibly warm and welcoming. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a direct view of the Sunshine Ski Resort from the window. They were also super helpful in resolving any issues we encountered during our ski trip. Our Yabuli ski adventure was truly enjoyable!

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

It is hot in the water, but cold when you come out. There is a swimming pool, and the water temperature is low. You have to go to the hot spring pool after swimming for a while. There are not many people, and the outdoor pool is very good. In summary, the hotel room is big, clean, and the bed is wide. The outdoor hot spring is clean and has many choices. The indoor hot spring area is a world of ice and fire. The restaurant tastes OK, and the consumption is civilian. There are sweat steaming rooms, rest halls, free pumping for swimming rings, and renting large ducks on the water for 20 yuan, which is a real surprise.
