The room is very new, the location is not very good, far from everything, go to the Harry Potter film scene to take a taxi or drive, public transportation is estimated to take more than an hour, the bed is very comfortable, it is to go out for breakfast, rainy days are very inconvenient... No refrigerator can not use a toothbrush but Byron Dunshine city is much more cost-effective

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I have been to this holiday inn few times its good and close to motorway and also have free parking. staff is very nice and helpful found cleaning of room needs slightly more attention especially bathroom however its all very good. Breakfast is simple n alright to make a good start to day. Juice is not good at all however the coffee is nice and also have good tea selection. Hotel is clean and not smell

The room was clean and well presented . Check in was made more difficult as the screen did not work for both ourselves and others which meant waiting for a receptionist to man the desk. She was polite and efficient. The breakfast was good. Parking was limited and we paid for parking on a nearby street . This turned out to be cheeped than the multi story car park even when the discount was applied
Overall we were pleased with our two night stay in St Albans. This was the fourth forth hotel we stayed at and was certainly the best of the bunch
