I really liked the location and convenience to check out the surrounding areas. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definately recommend this to friends and plan on coming back again.

The staff were so welcoming and the cleanliness was excellent. The WiFi did not work for most of our stay but everything else was excellent .

Loved the kitchen set-up and the beautifully appointed room and lobby. Liked that it had a bathtub which many hotels seem to be moving away from. The whole place has a warm, cozy feeling to it. Comfortable bed also. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hope to return!

The place was an amazing gem in the heart of Hendersonville. Very clean, spacious, staff were nice and accommodating. The only issue we had was the quality, flavor and selection of their breakfasts. We hope that this could improve. We are set going back but will be using the in-room kitchennett to prep breakfast if ever.

The Lodge at Flat Rock was truly amazing. The staff gets a five star rating from us. We are from Texas where customer service is starting to decline, so it was truly a delight to be well taken care of at The Lodge. The day we were to check out I called the front desk and spoke to Scott about a later check out and he was so accommodating and knew my name! Very impressed with everything The Lodge at Flat Rock had to offer. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here!

As with most of the reviews, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room with the kitchenette was perfect! Loved the Christmas decorations also!
