"A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio."

"Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself. I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me"

"Great location short walk to the vibrant valley - Manor house is in a peaceful area - need to be early to secure parking on property or lucky to secure free street parking on weekends. Only comfort issue was the air conditioner was too noisy for sleeping ."

"The coffee cup after drinking was not cleaned up, and in the afternoon, I threw the garbage bags from other rooms on my desk for no reason, so I contacted Ctrip to deal with it. In addition, the facilities and environment are good."

"The hotel is located inside the QUT KG campus, with restaurants BAR and woolies at the door. Parking is too expensive at 45 dollars a night. It is recommended to park on the street after 7 pm, it is free. The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable."

"Staff at the reception counter are good and friendly. Hotel location was ok given that we are attending wedding nearby at Fortitude Valley. Average cleanliness of the room, saw some stains on the bedsheets."

"Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area. With Gratitude 🙏"
