SStephenL09The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating.
My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access.

AAnonymous UserLocation is fantastic, check-in was quick and smooth, the host is nice and friendly. Comfy bed. Very fast WiFi.
On the flip side, there were issues with the shower: I had hot water just for 3 minutes in the morning, then it became lukewarm. The shower cabin didn't have a door, so taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.

RRonan PatrickGood location in the busy Old Town of Mostar but close to the entrance so that you don't have to lug you bags through the crowds. Staff were very accommodating, especially when we had to depart early in the morning. Breakfast was a large spread of different foods and like a personal buffet. Very delicious. Only small complaint we had was that the room had a slanted ceiling that was very low on one side of the room and limited the actual space in the room.

KKENNY JAY LEEThe place is in the lovely quiet town of Medjugorje. Not exactly close to the church of St. James but within walking distance. You can access most of the pilgrim sites from the hotel by foot except the cross, which is at the mountain. Either you go by foot which is one-hour walk or by taxi.

RRonan PatrickWhat a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.

MMuhsinSWe booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

AAnna MarieI had no idea all the things there were to do in the area when I booked this place- just thought I would be tired from driving. It was a beautiful compound of different types of room, a huge restaurant space, and a large pool. Our room was spacious and very clean. Waterfalls, beautiful nature, and a pilgrimage are all located nearby.

DDingxiaoyouI am quite satisfied with the hotel. I have booked two rooms with a 4-star rating. The transportation is very convenient next to the main road on the outskirts of the city. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving cars. It is also very convenient to go to Buna Spring and not far from the old city. The breakfast is also good. Mostar is really hot. Therefore, insulation is very important for new air-conditioned hotels.

The location is ideal, situated not far from the historic Old Mostar Bridge and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. GGuest UserWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.
