房間11:30已經要強行退房進不去了，小孩補票單次170元太坑了，晚上23點就要離場太沒人性化，泡個温泉被坑到沒心情了，以後再不會去了，不推薦！

房間很舒適，每天贈送3個蘋果，3瓶酸奶，6瓶水，衞生很乾凈，床也舒適，工作人員態度十分和善，打電話需要多幾個衣架，都是5分鐘內到達，我知道入住率100%的當天，服務能如此迅速，真讓人滿意，心裏也很舒適！
温泉温度夠，工作人員很多，工作人員也很細心，不停擺放好凌亂的拖鞋，温泉也有清洗，但可能住客滿滿，是不是也會看到有漂浮的皮屑，也正常的，冬天多人掉皮，温泉區環境很好，依山而建的泡池，住了兩天，很喜歡這裏，山頂的無邊泳池也很漂亮，而且符合温度設計，帶小朋友遊玩也很適合
唯一唯一需要吐槽一下的是吃的這方面，這裏也算是廣東旅客眾多，可能中餐廳的出品還有很大的提升空間，如果中餐廳出品優質一點，估計更能留住客人的心，不過中餐廳的樓面負責的一個女部長，處理問題很到位，我們點了一個年藕豬手，吃起來年藕有點問題，我們4個人一個人吃了一塊，然後把豬手都吃完了，主打一個不浪費，但是有些年藕還是沒吃完，結賬的時候，我主要是想提出這個問題，讓以後做好點，這個女部長（經理？）直接二話不説幫我把菜給免掉了，這個真的很大氣，我們住了2天，吃了4頓，不過確實需要加強粵菜的味道管理，早餐也是，種類不夠多，主要是明檔夠，不用排隊太久，但是種類確實不夠多，如果加錢88吃早餐，這個就有點…………，希望早餐，跟中餐能提升，希望酒店越做越好，越走越遠！希望酒店的員工看到這個評價，把意見放在2024年提升空間做意見提議，早餐的種類真的可以很多，然後也不會浪費的，很多都是可循環的，第一次評價寫這麼多字，滿意居多，就是喜歡你們這裏，希望以後帶給不一樣的感受！謝謝

房間乾淨整潔比較人性化衞生搞得不錯，員工也比較熱情，環境優美温泉也比較乾淨，員工小姐姐吳妹奇工作態度很好，對客人也非常熱情大方給他點五星好評，總的來説整個旅行非常滿意，早餐也不錯，大人小孩都愛吃晚餐，自助餐也非常豐富，點贊五星好評。

我們預訂的是五房別墅，當天拿到房的時候想着煮個水喝一打開杯子裏面還有上一個客人喝過的茶葉，後來通過平台聯繫了房務，房務的人來了我問他你們到底有沒有搞衞生隨後我打開杯子給她看她就笑了一下説了一聲忘記了，我問她我住五千多塊一晚你跟我説你忘記了？他也沒回應我什麼拿着杯子就去洗洗完放回來就説洗好了就走了，道歉對不起不好意思什麼也沒有真的可笑，我真的服，就這種態度這個衞生還是五星級酒店嗎？現在疫情那麼嚴重，訂的別墅也是希望安全一點避免接觸，但是酒店的衞生真的讓人大跌眼鏡，房務的服務也差的要命，19年的時候去過一次當時感覺環境特別好就想着這次跟朋友再來一次，真的沒想到會那麼差，下次不會再來了！同時也會告知身邊的朋友避雷吧！！！！！

入住時有些不愉快，多拿一件浴袍都百般推‘搪。但這裏的温泉♨️是不錯，池多，分佈在小;山的各層，空間也可，早上水質好。進門不遠有休怎小吃處，有蛋糕，水果咖啡等免費小吃。温泉餐廳也很好，有打折或餐券送，價格美麗。住的舊樓，去公共池方使，但房間有些舊了。沒獨立池，價格比新樓平宜小小。

優點：空氣特別清新！在廣東氣温35度的時候它23度，太舒服了；森林環繞，鳥語花香，昆蟲呢喃；温泉水純天然，也夠熱。硬件設施比較豪華。缺點：服務員缼少職業訓練，我們所訂為含晩餐，準時6點半到餐廳見一大羣大爺大媽，應該是某村組織的佛山廣之旅團隊，於是我們就去散步一個小時後7點半再來，卻見餐廳裏餐盤已經殘gen剩飯，甚至果汁水果什麼也全部是空盤子，最後衹能吃點稀飯…打電話和值班經理反映一下，她的第一反應就是一輪機關槍：為什麼你在餐廳不叫他們煮給你吃？搞得我馬上發火，難道要我們現場吵架嗎？當然她最後上門道歉了，我將所拍一大堆空盤給她看了，她也再次道歉，還補送了幾個蘋果給我們充饑。

度假村位置比較偏，自駕會方便點，設施比較完善，周邊還在建設及翻新，有濕地公園，房間很大，很乾淨，床墊很舒服，睡得很好，自助早/晚餐品種不多，味道還不錯，溫泉很好，但管理溫泉的員工非常不專業，登記後，發的儲物櫃鎖匙，號碼根本不存在，要等工作人員另外開櫃存放衣服，女士那邊更誇張，要4個人共用一個櫃，之後找經理反映問題，不知有沒有跟進
除了溫泉工作人員外，度假村其他員工態度非常好，見面都會打招呼問好，希望管理階層能改善溫泉管理的問題
