Beautiful hotel, overall good service except one front desk staff. We reserved a 10:00 shuttle for 8 people the night before departure, but by the time we arrived(before 10)they told us the bus is full so that we can not get in. I wonder if we made a reservation, we should be promised to have 8 seats or else it should not be called as a reservation but a “bus schedule”. Also, we told the staff multiple times that we are in a hurry that we need to catch the train and that’s why we made a reservation in advance. The staff also told us the next shuttle will come at 10:21 but actually it leaves at 10:31 which means we definitely missed the train ( if the staff communicated the time 10:31 clearly, we would walk to the station so we could still catch the train, instead, he said the bus will come at 10:21 so we wait) Huge disappointment and definitely a ****** to this trip. Please remove the bus reservation service as you don’t have any, thanks.

Its a very old inn, so there's some visible wear and tear. View and environment is very good though and the staff try to help however they can.

Service: Traditional Japanese-style high-end hot spring hotel with considerate staff. No problem if you don’t speak Japanese. Hot spring: The open-air hot spring is on the highest floor of the hotel. It is very comfortable. The hot spring can look directly at the sea. You can see the starry sky at night and the sunrise in the morning, which is very spectacular. Food: Kaiseki cuisine, very delicious and rich in variety. Room: Floor-to-ceiling glass, facing the sea, the room is also very large. Transportation: There is a parking lot at the hotel, and valet parking will be provided. (There is a restaurant shuttle bus available for reservation) Summary: Highly recommended

This was the worst experience at a Japanese hot spring hotel in years. It’s so bad that I have to write a review so that people don’t get fooled. The hotel is old and they still use an old hot water kettle. The boss is arrogant. The check out time in Japan is 11 o'clock, while theirs is 10 o'clock. When I asked the boss, he actually said: This is Japan, this is normal time. Come again, stay and eat twice. Both dinner and breakfast were terrible. The native product of Izu is kineye sea bream, and dinner is actually kineye sea bream sashimi, grilled kineye sea bream, boiled kineye sea bream, and fried kineye sea bream. Isn’t it that the kineye eagle is so cheap that it can’t be sold? It doesn’t matter if it tastes good, the important thing is that it doesn’t taste good. All employees are offline, only a Chinese lady and a Vietnamese waiter in the restaurant are polite. Management is arrogant and unreasonable. The hotel is old and the food is disgusting. I really don’t want to take a single photo. Here are two photos of golden-eyed eagles.

The hotel is particularly beautiful and the hot springs are also good. Quiet and feels like a vacation. The view of the sea from behind the floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the room is very good. Ctrip wrote that the night check-in time is 21:00, but in fact, their latest check-in time is 18:00. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped contact the hotel customer service, and their attitude was very good. Although the man at the hotel front desk only speaks Japanese and simple English, he has a good communication attitude. There is also a bus to the subway station the next day. Otherwise, you have to walk to the subway station by yourself. Of course, you can walk by yourself. Just walk more in the seaside town, which will take about twenty minutes. You can also take photos along the way. Very suitable for vacation.

The indoor environment of the hotel is very clean, and the fragrance is fragrant. In addition, you need to store your shoes in the shoe cabinet before entering the hotel. You can walk barefoot on all the other floors throughout the hotel, which is really a unique flavor. The open-air hot spring on the top floor is even more unique. Soaking in the hot spring facing the sea is the ultimate experience. The environment in the room is also very good, please take a look at the photos I uploaded. The sea of stone flowers made me enjoy a pleasant weekend. The only thing to be careful about is that there is a seaside park next to the hotel. When soaking in the hot springs in your room or on the top floor, don’t stand too close to the railing. It is easy to be exposed and your body will be seen by passers-by on the street😅😅😅

I don't know why there is a saying of life breakfast. The variety and taste are really average. There is no screen window. In this season, the window will be full of mosquitoes. It is impossible to sleep. The hot spring water is completely unsuitable for soaking the next day. It is better to boil eggs.

Love it, it’s so beautiful, a pure Japanese-style hotel, and the breakfast is shockingly rich. A hotel that must be refurbished

Japanese-style room with sea view, but the bathroom in the room is inconvenient. You have to sit down. The large bathhouse upstairs is more convenient. The hot spring on the fifth floor is great, there is also a sauna, open-air and indoor hot springs, all with sea views. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. We arrived at the station at around 5 o'clock. We called the hotel and a car was sent to pick us up. Usually there is a shuttle bus only in the morning. I have to go to the train station early on Monday morning, but there are only two taxis in the area and I can't book one. There is no driver for the shuttle bus, so we have to wait until nine o'clock. On the beach downstairs of the hotel, you can chase small fish and swim, which is a very unique experience.

This time I went to Izu and stayed at both Atagawa and Inatori. I prefer Inatori's side I took the dancer's boat to Shimoda early in the morning and then came back to check in. The hotel should have a shuttle bus, but I didn't encounter one and walked there by myself (it's better to call the hotel to pick him up). Not long after I walked out, I regretted not taking a taxi. The food is delicious and the sea is beautiful and the hot springs are nice to soak in. There is also sparkling wine and snacks available when you check in. It was just a big mistake when we checked in. I was mistaken with another girl who was traveling alone. As he was talking, I found that he said that I had no food to eat (I was so shocked that I thought the platform had made a mistake, and I almost called the platform on the spot) Fortunately, I saved the email in English for him to check and found out that he got the wrong person (I gave you a copy of my passport, how could you get the wrong person? uh uh uh uh The staff are all young people, which is rare in hot spring hotels, so communication in English is no problem. During dinner in the evening, the lady general worked very hard to communicate with me and introduced each dish to me. Thank you for the translation software🙏🏻 The room charge recovery plan for breakfast and dinner makes me exhausted It seems that the sunrise cannot be seen due to the location. I don’t know if it’s because of the weather when I got up that day or because of the location. My room is on the second floor, so it looks like this. It would be better if I stayed higher.

The hot springs are great. They face the sea. The rooms also have sea views. They are very clean. It is a large area in Japan. The price of the accompanying meals is too high and I have no choice. However, Inatori is really a bird that lays no eggs. There are no restaurants. It is just worth staying. 1 night

Very nice hotel, beautiful environment, excellent food, and very comfortable hot spring bath facing the sea. It is a resort hotel worth staying in, and the service is also very good. I will come again.

Dinner is included, a very rich breakfast and dinner, mainly fish and seafood. Breakfast is grilled fish with rice, which is actually a bit large. It is a very unique Japanese hotel. There is a private bath in the room facing the sea. There are large bathrooms for men and women and an open-air bath on the top floor. You can soak in the bath at night and listen to the sound of the waves. If the weather is good, you can see many stars.
