"The facilities were old, but the room was very clean.
The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very kind.
I called the front desk to confirm check-in time, but they were short-staffed and did not answer, but other than that it was perfect.
I stayed alone on business. My reservation for one person was not communicated, so I was charged the hot spring tax for two people.
When I explained the situation, they corrected it to one person, but I would have liked them to respond more clearly based on the guest name at the time of booking.
There is a problem with trip.com's reservation specifications and I would like them to improve it."
"It was fine, even has a small onsen and washing machines. The location very much feels like the middle of nowhere! A few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby but not much else.
The cleanliness of the toilets on the first floor could be improved."
"The sea can also be relaxed within walking distance. The room was beautiful so it was great 😃. It is good because it is within walking distance from the station."

"The front desk was very good and I was able to rest assured.
However, the facilities were old and checked in, and the coat was not removed for more than an hour, and the air conditioner was not effective at night."
"The room is small enough to open a 24-inch suitcase.
The bed is hard, the pillows are softer and collapsed, and there is a spare pillow in the lobby (hard or soft), but near the smoking room, there will be smoke on the pillows.
The room is quite clean and tidy. The magnet provided on the door can be used to inform the guests whether to organize the next day. If not, the new towels and garbage bags will be hung on the door handle.
Breakfast tastes OK, but the items are less than the general hotel, eating is OK, eating coincidence may have to be considered.
The overall stay is also comfortable!"
"We used by watching game of child. It was the second day of opening, so it was shiny and comfortable. The front desk was inexperienced but polite. Cospa was pretty good overall. I wanted tea for the breakfast buffet."
