I really love this French-style place! 💕 The atmosphere is so comfortable, and the music is relaxing. It even smells wonderful! 🥰 The staff are all incredibly friendly and polite. 👍🏻

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The staff were very polite, and there were many international guests staying there. The location is also fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was quite clean, and the bedding quality was excellent – I'm curious what brand it was. You can walk to the main city attractions in about 10-20 minutes, but the price is definitely not cheap.

The facilities are beautifully designed, the location is absolutely perfect, and the services provided by the staff were exceptional. The hotel is fairly nice, breakfast is great with lots of option, location is also close to everywhere, or easily getting a grab around. There is pool and gym and sauna available.

The hotel is truly beautiful! Its location is very close to the Independence Palace, and it's also a pleasant walk to some of the central urban areas. There's a roof bar where you can use daily vouchers, and the vouchers can also be used in the lobby downstairs. Plus, there's a convenient store just around the corner from the hotel entrance – super convenient! The staff are generally very polite. Overall, a good impression.

Excellent service and a great breakfast. The rice noodles were delicious, though the price was a bit high. The pool was a bit shallow, but the bathtub was comfortable. For breakfast, I highly recommend the smoked salmon sashimi; I wouldn't recommend the passion fruit, it was very sour.

I really love Maihouse, had a very comfortable stay. The only thing was I couldn't quite figure out the shower – the water was either too hot or too cold. Other than that, all the services were absolutely perfect, 10/10. The location is also great, making it super convenient to get to anywhere I wanted to go.

I booked a premium room at Mai House Saigon, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and received an upgrade to a premium suite. The suite provided a much larger living area, which made the stay feel especially comfortable. After long days exploring the city in the heat, having a spacious place to relax was a real luxury. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access many restaurants, cafés and attractions around the city. One small thing worth mentioning for future guests is the bathroom hot water system. At first, it was a little confusing to figure out because the controls are not immediately obvious. You need to press a safety valve to activate the hot water. It sounds simple, but it took a while to figure it out after fiddling with the tap for a while. Once I understood how it worked, there was no issue, but I can imagine some guests may find it frustrating initially, especially after arriving tired and simply wanting to take a shower. It seems unnecessary and I would suggest the hotel updates the taps. During my stay, I also recommend taking advantage of the hotel facilities. The spa is a wonderful addition and provides a relaxing escape after spending time exploring the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The Mediterranean restaurant at the hotel is also worth visiting. Every dish I ordered tasted delicious - even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I would have wanted to travel to try the food. I would highly recommend considering Mai House.

I specifically chose this hotel for my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, and I'm so glad I did! The decor is luxurious, the room was clean, tidy, and cozy, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly too!

I stayed here with my child. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great (I loved the French toast!). The in-room dining burger was also delicious. The pool was very clean, and the mural of the Saigon girl outside the elevator lobby was beautiful.

The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and there's live piano music in the lobby. The breakfast spread is incredibly diverse, and the pool is fantastic. The sky bar has a wonderful atmosphere, and overall, the service is absolutely superb. We stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience.

The entrance was very grand, and for this price, staying in a five-star hotel felt like amazing value for money. It's a bit far from District 1, the city center, but using Grab solved any transportation issues and made sightseeing easy. I was most looking forward to breakfast, and it didn't disappoint! The buffet was so luxurious and offered such a wide variety that I had trouble deciding what to eat. Unfortunately, I didn't get to visit the pool and rooftop bar this time. I could see the pool from my room, and everyone looked so happy swimming and relaxing – I just watched them from afar, wishing I could join. Next time I stay here, I definitely want to check them out!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The facilities are top-notch and the service is excellent. The lobby is beautiful; there were people taking photos there every day. Breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great. The complimentary fruit platter was lovely and delicious, and the rooftop view is also quite nice. There's a supermarket and many restaurants nearby, I particularly recommend the Japanese place.
