Mai House Saigon truly was like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The concierge helped to book activities in the city and exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for tourists. It’s close enough to all the attractions without dealing with the noise of District 1. I would definitely stay again.

the stay was very comfortable and amazing. great location as it is easy to access to nearby attractions. we added breakfast buffet into our stay and the food was good! the staff are very friendly and helpful. and everyday the housekeeping staff will knock on ur door to ask if u need anything and they will also give u delicious cookies.

Stayed here with a group of friends and we loved the rooftop bar and the pool. The location was excellent and close proximity to clubs and bars (within 15 minutes of drive). I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting HCM.

Absolutely stunning lobby, with a majestic spiral staircase. Classy room, very stylish with high end fittings and a gorgeous bath tub. Free mini bar with soft drinks. Hotel is in district 3, so about 2.1km to downtown, however, it’s only a 30 minute walk and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the way plus the main museum is a few minutes away. Lovely pool area and attentive staff. The background music is lovely and there is an excellent pianist who plays around 17:00. stayed here 2 nights and loved my stay here.

Stayed in Junior Suite, executive lounge checkin was great, a**osphere in executive lounger was perfect. Breakfast menu at executive lounge was very good.

Very nice hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon trip in Vietnam and the staff was very attentive. Nice and clean room. Good bed and the hotel is situated in district 3 and not far from good restaurants and shops. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we would definitely recommend this hotel.

what a beautiful stay it was! though it is a little far from this hotel to go to the central of the town, but the experience that you stay here is so comfortable for me.

The location is good, room interior was amazing, staff were friendly. Could improve on the air quality in the lifts and room.

Nice clean hotel with modern and spacious rooms with nice bed. Only downside is sound proofing of rooms not good, can heard people talking along the corridor. Even once got complainted from our neighbouring room that our TV is too loud though the volumn is only at 15, maybe because our rooms are connecting enabled rooms. The breakfast buffet is quite standard. We tried the dinner buffet too, also standard fair for a buffet in a 5star hotel, the cakes section has quite a wide selection n taste nice too. Only negative is the crabs n lobsters are a bit small and over cooked and some of the oystersare not fresh. But can say "what can you expect for a 799,000++ vnd buffet". Overall our stay is good.

The service at the hotel is very personal and attentive. The rooms are well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is very elegant and the roof bar a great place to sit for a cocktail or two. I would definitely stay again!

It’s definitely one of the most wonderful and thoughtful hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff are super nice, always smiling and helpful all the time. Since it is my tenth anniversary with my hubby, they’ve decorated our room with rose petals and offered us special treats. Everything is so new and spotness and they clean the room everyday. There are a great variety of choices for breakfast and taste so good!! A lot of sightseeing spots are just 10-ish minutes walk from the hotel, so convenient for tourists. To be honest, thanks to Mai House and its friendly staff, my wedding anniversary trip is sooooo perfect!!! Highly recommended and surely will come again.
