The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which made communication very smooth. However, it's quite a distance from the city center.

Good Hotel in Korean town 😬 there are convenient shops, barbers, food shops, massage shops but not many local shops in this area.

It's a nice and clean hotel. Recommended for those who need to attend FV hospital.

I was given Lvl 1. Mosquito in room, bed has squeak sound, TV not working, can hear next room talking at night. The plus point would be the friendly staff and easy to find food around.

I book this hotel but when reach there they said is fully booked. so the arrange me to opposite hotel named Diamond Hotel. i am ok.

I was satisfied with my stay, and the transportation nearby was also convenient.

Receptionists both night and day time are very helpful, but manager so bad. I come here with my family booking for 4 people stay in family room, then 2nd night, my dad and sister come more, I have ask to stay together and pay for extra people. Manager said ok, to add extra 2 people, pay 400,000VND to stay together or pay for another standard room 600,000VND for 2 paxs. And I can pay by cash for family Room is 1,100,000VND excluding Breakfast, then I check in Trip.com, it is just 41$ (about 1,050,000VND) for 4paxs including breakfast. I try to negotiate if he can discount for us cos I gonna stay at lease 1 week here, he said he can’t. He said I can booking via online. I agree with him cos online is cheaper than pay by cash, so I prefer to choose which way is save money. Then I confirm him if my dad and sister come, I just pay 400,000VND. He did agree with my question. When late evening, my Dad arrive, I do pay 400,000VND, and my dad and sister go to room. 5min later, I was informed that manager not approved to stay. I need to book another room. Due to I book online, he didn’t get full cost. So wanna get more profit. Then I check online, it is 22$(about 570,000VND) including tax for standard room with breakfast, so I told receptionist, even that kind of a liar business, but I can booking one more room cos my dad arrive and late evening already and we already paid for family room already. I pay one more room to stay together. I decide to book via online again, since it is cheaper than pay by cash. At the meantime, the manager call receptionist, receptionist told him that I prefer to book via online. At that time, when I confirm to booking, suddenly cost change. From 22$ to 27$(680,000VND) excluding Breakfast. That is such bitches VN manager can do for customer. I suspect that he go to change cost in Trip.com immediately to force me to pay by cash. That is such a bad behavior of business especially to challenge with customer.

The receptionist will not tell u the time of breakfast, so if u think it should be until 10 am, oops u lost ur free breakfast, only 9am. I will not book here again.

The hotel is a beautiful retro building. The room is great, the breakfast is good, the coffee is good, the front desk lady is very gentle and can speak Chinese, which is very convenient for business trips.

The room was old and full of mosquitoes. I couldn't afford to upgrade to a higher floor. The mosquitoes disappeared, but ants returned. The faucet leaked, and the room light was by the door. The balcony door wouldn't lock and leaked when it rained. The sheets were stained.

This is a scam. When checking out, the hotel insisted on charging for the drinks in the minibar, claiming we had 10 drinks in total across two rooms! I explained I hadn't consumed any and didn't even see the minibar, but I refused to listen. The front desk staff, who used to speak good English and had no communication issues, pretended they didn't understand English. They refused to let me leave unless I paid, and I had to pay because I was in a hurry to catch my flight. I highly recommend not staying here! I asked for my receipt and provided it to Ctrip, but they couldn't contact the hotel. However, they were very responsive and refunded my money. I recommend booking a different hotel through Ctrip. This hotel is located in the Korean area, and there are many hotels nearby. If you're attending the exhibition, you can check out other options.
