Find 3-Star Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City

Very nice location, near ben than market. Safe street and the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, room service and breakfast buffet were awesome. Staffs were also nice. Food selection was really good i got Pho every morning and I miss their yoghurt. We stayed here for a week and its a good hotel for the price. Ill def come back when im in ho chi minh again!

The hotel is in a really good location. It’s a block or 2 off the busiest and noisiest parts of district 1 by Ben Thanh market. The block it’s on isn’t as crazy busy. Bedding was very comfy and the room was a decent size. Like many of these older buildings converted into hotels in Vietnam, noise isolation isn’t the best. But it isn’t any worse than other similar type hotels. Water pressure for showering was good, except the hot water specifically was inconsistent. But again, not any worse than similar hotels. The main issue I had with the hotel was that they tried to charge me for the water in the fridge. Even though they didn’t make clear to me on check in that the water in the fridge was charged and the 2 bottles not in the fridge was free. Normally I wouldn’t make such a mistake. But as you can see in the pictures. The water in the fridge is the exact same brand, same water. The only difference is that it’s 500ml vs the free water that’s 350ml. That’s very confusing. Especially when there’s nothing else in the fridge. I had to argue about it at reception before they struck it off my bill. If you’re going to charge people for water in the fridge then at least inform them or like most hotels do, give nicer (ie mineral) water. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

The hotel is not big but well maintained. There is is a strong helper at the front to help you with the luggage. The sleeping room is small but the bathroom is full size. No desk in the room. There is is a shelf standing out where I did my typing on my notebook for 2 days. The bathroom and towels are clean. There are at least three ATMs within 150 meters, and a fresh bakery next door by the same owner I was told. Very convenient. We did not eat at the hotel. There are plenty of good choices close by.

Location is good very near to Ben Thanh market. Breakfast need improvement as it seems that they did not really refill despite it was only 8.30am.

Decent Rooms, Needs Improvement on Food Service The rooms at Le Saigon Hotel were acceptable, providing a reasonably comfortable stay. However, the food service, particularly during breakfast, needs significant improvement. I noticed that the staff were slow to clear tables after guests had finished eating. Used plates and utensils were left unattended, creating a messy and unappetizing dining environment. This was especially noticeable since the breakfast area isn't very large, so the dirty tables quickly became an eyesore. While the food itself was okay, the overall dining experience was marred by the poor service. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Convenient Location: The property is located conveniently along the highway, making it easy to access by car or public transportation, and it's close to various attractions and amenities. Easy Access to Essentials: Nearby shops, restaurants, and other services make it a very practical place to stay, with everything you need within a short distance. Improved Bedding Quality: It would be beneficial if the hotel made regular bed sheet changes to ensure the bedding is fresh, as some guests may experience irritation or discomfort from sheets that aren't clean or are rough. The staff is friendly and kind.

Stayed here for NY countdown. The location is central, at the District 1 ”Japanese Street”. Bustling and convenient area. When not enjoying their nice breakfast, there are plenty of eateries nearby. The rooftop bar and pool was good for viewing new year fireworks too. However, a few setbacks deducted quite a few points. 1) faulty elevator at times (had to take the stairs sometimes, and be careful at the stairs as its ceiling is really low, my friend hit his head once) 2) hammering and drilling in nearby room or building at early hours (good thing is they let you switch room when dissatisfied) 3) first room had a weird smell (older room with Jacuzzi tub). The final room we got smelled nice (newer room with standard bathtub), but TV remote control and bathtub stopper were missing, had to ask for it 4) the final flaw that made my female friends very uncomfortable, was the clientele - many middle-aged men sitting or waiting around lobby area, ogling girls who walked by. Sometimes it's a group of men, sometimes they're paired with a local lady. Other things to note: - upon check-in, they will request to keep your passport throughout your stay. We were not going to do that, so we gave them VND500000 as deposit (which you'll get back when you check out) - the toilet and shower/bath area are separate, however the walls and doors were made of frosted glass, rather see-through, might be awkward for some if you're not a couple

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.  Clean bedroom and bathroom. Only negative would be that the restaurant on level four is overpriced and food was average.  I paid $12 AUD for a 100ml glass of wine!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and there was no hot water for showering both nights! Other equipment is still very good. the room very new The room is tidy, there is no cigarette smell, The mattress is very comfortable the sheets and quilts are very clean, Quiet environment, no noise. the fridge good, very cooler. The kettle is very clean. If the hot water problem in the bathroom is improved, I will stay here again next time.
