The facilities were well-maintained, and even without a window, the room was comfortable. As others have mentioned, there were times when English or Vietnamese wasn't understood, but it's part of traveling in a foreign country, and we managed to communicate using an app. It was such a pleasant stay that I had planned to book another night, but my schedule changed, and I couldn't. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel is good overall, and the service is (good). I stayed for a few days and didn't regret the money spent. For anyone planning to book, I recommend choosing a higher room category.

Excellent room, checked in late at night without any issues, very quick. Left early in the morning, also without any problems.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent care. All three front desk staff members were cheerful, handsome, beautiful, and friendly – we had a great first impression. They were always ready to answer any questions, spoke kindly and politely, and showed genuine concern for guests. Anything we needed, they were there in a minute! Next time I visit, I will definitely return to this property. I really like this hotel because of their warm and lovely attitude. The hairdryer broke at 10 PM. I asked the front desk to replace it because I was washing my hair, but no one did. I had to sleep with wet hair until morning.

The hotel is clean, with attentive service, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic. I will definitely return when I visit Saigon.

The rooms at the hotel are very good, clean, and spacious. The staff are welcoming. Just remember to double-check the address when booking a taxi to the hotel, as there are two branches.
