Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

The staff were very pleasant, communicated well, and assisted with the organization airport transfers. The apartment was spacious and clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. Policy lousy.. We booked 2 rooms for 4 ppl .. At first we registered our child plus 1 adult for one room yet the child no stay and we want to change 2 adult per room , just 2 hours difference , staff requested us pay extra fee another 200000vnd for exchanging person .. Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. Pls dont treat us as beggar .. its standard of 3 stars hotel

Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

Lots of good bars / restaurants / cafes on the street. Basic rooms but clean and superb for the price. Reception staff very helpful with passable English. Would definitely stay again when in HCMC.

Booked this particular hotel as I wanted a pool. Although a little overpriced. Went to the skybar for a drink, no menus on table, was shown drinks menu in a electronic tablet, ordered a small tiger beer. Thought it was 50k, ordered another 1ltr tiger draught 250k, again overpriced, but thought would be easier. When asked for the bill was given total of 542,850! They charged 120 and 350k for the drinks, AND tax on top of that! Queried and argued with manager who agreed to give me 20% ”discount”. Paid in disgust, to sort out with hotel manager in morning. Aircon in room not cool at night. Called to have it looked at nothing they could do. They put up a sign on lift in the morning advising pool cannot be used until the following day due to a wedding! Had they told me yesterday pool was unavailable I would not have checked in!!!! Spent 2 hours with asst manager and telephoning manager, asking for a refund or extended checkout. Would not provide. Eventually agreed to extended checkout after a few hours. This hotel/bar falsely advertises facilities, could have advised pool not available, then STEALS from guests by advertising a price and charging something completely different. I have not experienced anything like this in any other hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Ohh and today was advised doing lift maintenance, will be 30 mins, 4 hours later no lift, had to walk with luggage from 6th floor. No hotel staff assistance. Eventually got correct change from drinks money stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
