Had a one-night stay. Room was excellent and quiet, with nice amenities and snacks available for sale. Restaurant was open late and also served a breakfast. Parking was free. Nice bathrooms with roomy shower. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. A very pleasant hotel.

The hotel is still well accessible from the main railway station. As well, the location is good. However, the road painted by 20 h/km is very driven in front of the hotel and the breuhouse and the least drivers comply with the speed limit. We had a room in the back of the hotel, fortunately. However, we couldn't leave the window open in the evening if we didn't want to hear the conversations of the customers on the terrace of the neighbouring Italian restaurant. The room was conveniently equipped, a large LED TV and a large shower in the bathroom. The hotel was also comfortable with the lift. A special feature is the hotel's brewhouse, where breakfast and dinner is offered as buffet in half-pension. Breakfast has a good choice, including regional specialities. The dinner buffet contains several pre-foods and meat, fish, nude and vegetarian meals, and vegetable and potato accessories. Both breakfast and dinner have tasted well. The beer brewed by the brewery house itself was also good for us. Since Fulda is certainly worth a trip, we will certainly book this excellent hotel again at our next stay.

We were with our friends about Easter at the Brell family and we felt very well. We had chosen the Easter offer with a night of extension and did not regret it. We had already pointed out specificities at the dinner when booking and we had spoken about this in a telephone call just before arrival. Unfortunately, because internal communication did not work so well, but on the ground everything was regulated. The cook came to us at the table, heard the particularities himself and in the remaining days re-compliced to it. Bockstark!!! The rooms were simple, but clean and functional, the food varied and absolutely OK. Last night we searched in the Rhönlok Osteree and let the beautiful days shine out. We agreed: The bar is really a single feature. One thing we found noticeable: the family type of staff. This type also jumped over to the guests, all were friendly among themselves, greeted and kept Smaltalk. This is not used to bigger hotels, but it has been very pleasant here. We would definitely come back!

Hotel was nicer than standard image of B&B places. It was clean and quiet, however breakfast was meager. Free parking but quite small parking spaces. Everything worked fine except for the only downside which was the customer service at check-in. The reseptionist was rude and did not listen to what she was told. She did plame the customers for her own mistakes, which was unfortunate. Other than that, the visit was nice and we feel like we got value for money.

We arrived as 4 cowardly family. We wanted to make wellness, visit the Kletterwald in Steinau and watch the city. After 5 minutes walk you are directly above the city center with neighbouring Baroque city. Beautiful! Many shopping options. The hotel's wellness area is super, even though Sunday was very over.. Long distances depending on the room location. There is nothing missing for this. So many saunas, showers, steam baths and restrooms. Beautiful outdoor area with small pool and whirlpool. Also breakfast next morning was over. Ne time needed to get a table at all. Super selection at the buffet but things were partly very late filled. Kletterwald is also totally recommended! We enjoyed the 3 days.
