Atour Light Hotel Hohhot Gulou General Yashou Metro Station Reviews

Should have at least four washing machines and four dryers in the laundry room like all the other Atour Hotels.  Two of each in this hotel are too little.

I loved my stay here! The staff were nice and warm, and the location is ideal—right beside the metro. The room was spacious, spotless, and well thought out, with a gigantic desk that was perfect for working. The aircon and hot water were both great, and the bed and blanket were so soft and comfy. The breakfast was a true highlight—far beyond the typical hotel buffet. It featured a wide variety of hearty local dishes that gave a real taste of the region, along with fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee. Every morning felt like a new food adventure! The hotel also offers a lot of convenient facilities, including a laundromat. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Extremely average service. Only one staff on the housekeeping team was very nice. The rest were not as professional as other Atour staff I’ve encountered in other branches. Atour ‘light’ hotel with ‘light’ service, I guess? Manage your expectations :)

A big thank you to Front Office Manager and team! Friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. Their hospitality and service had gave us a memorable stay. Nice big and clean room and well maintained hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Hohhot.
