房間很熱 空調沒法開 睡一晚上開着窗鼻子乾的不行 第二天我們兩個人都流鼻血 然後房間就給兩瓶水昨晚十二點前台要水 還一瓶都不給 説要收費 二百多一間房 兩瓶冰露多了還要收費 真的笑到了 然後九點就敲門問起床沒 要不要續房 阿姨這酒店不是啥地方九點鐘睡覺不很正常嗎？那麼早敲門？ 不值得推薦床頭沒有usb插口 需要自帶充電器

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳還要好多的書籍，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，非常乾淨整潔。窗外視野開闊。第一次來呼和浩特出差體驗超級棒，下次出差還會選擇朗怡。

太熱了，房間超過30度，無冷氣，夜裡熱的睡不着覺，前台幫我們更換了房間，依然沒有太多改善，可能是因為温度高，甲醛的味道比較明顯，原本打算住兩宿，一宿就匆匆逃離，換了酒店

運氣很好訂到最後一間特價房，來的入住酒店大廳的時候，給人的第一感覺很舒適，也很乾凈，還有免費的停車場。前台小姐姐熱情服務，態度親切，非常周到，辦理入住很快。房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快。房間的設施配備很齊全，房間裏放置的除了兩瓶純凈水以外，還有咖啡、茶，而且，還都是免費的！在接聽電話時，他們很有禮貌地和你問好；索要東西時，會及時送到；當聯不上房間網絡，給前台打電話，小姐姐會耐心地給講解如何操作，這個我很滿意；我對這邊不太熟悉，想出去吃好的，不知道哪家好，問了前台，小姐姐給推薦了不少飯店，去了一家比較近的飯店，味道還不錯；每次出入，前台都會熱情的向你打招呼，真的有種特別温暖的感覺。落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。是一個值得推薦的酒店。
