I stayed on the 17 flr of the hotel from 21 - 23 Dec. View from room window was great. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Bed was too comfortable and caused us to miss the morning alarm. Frontdesk and room service staff were very helpful. When I feedback that the room was too cold, they offered a heater and it was delivered to my room shortly after. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

Very happy to be able to stay at the Alva Hotel, the hotel facilities are very complete, the lobby is large and the cleanliness is excellent! Apart from that, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. and most importantly for tourists, it is very easy to reach because in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and it is also close to the MTR station. If I have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong, I will definitely stay again at the Alva Hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent Hotel! The room was very comfortable and quite spacious. Everything quite clean. The hotel staff was quite friendly. I think it needs a little maintenance, but overall it is very good. The metro/train station is very close. There are many local restaurants in the area where you can eat well. The price-quality ratio is very good. Recommended.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. I highly recommend this Hotel. The location is excellent. 5 minutes to the subway, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores right downstairs.It's near the river which has an awesome bike and running path on both sides. Excellent for runners or if you just want to go for a walk. The gym is also one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The concierge, Tommy, went out of his way to help me with some translation issues with my banking. I was upgraded to a river view room for free and the view, for Hong Kong, was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.
