The hostel is conveniently located and easy to find, close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. There are many shops and products nearby with a wide selection, and late-night snacks are also very convenient. The hostel has a spacious common area and a balcony where you can dine. The rooms are very clean, and the facilities are decent, with air conditioning and a table and chairs. The bathroom has ample hot water, and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Clean and convenient, with an excellent location. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, and my dorm-mates were also lovely. The environment is similar to a student dormitory, with shared bathrooms, which is great value for money at this price point. I've visited Hong Kong countless times, for both layovers and holidays, and I've stayed at many places nearby, but none were as clean as this one. Most importantly, this dorm is right next to the elevator, with a fire escape just on the other side of the wall, and it's on a low floor, so you can react quickly in case of any issues. There's keycard access for entry and exit, and surveillance cameras in the common areas, making it much safer than many other hostels. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes in the multi-person rooms, haha, you have to go through the outside corridor to the martial arts hall area. Unfortunately, the single rooms were all booked up early during the peak summer season. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

For solo person going for 1 night it’s good to stay in this hostal . Wifi and water facility is good .

I've stayed in dorms for ages, and I've never heard of the A/C being turned off at 10 AM! It woke me up feeling hot! This is an ancient building, over a hundred years old! Even if it were free, I wouldn't stay here again! 😂😂😂

For the cheapest accommodation in Hong Kong it did the job, you get what what you pay for and is great value. Receptions kept to themselves and were very helpful with recommendations. It was a little tricky finding out the location at first but you have to look for the Kung fu sign!

Works great for a short trip! Thanks to the owner for being so nice. The toilets were dirty at night. Also, please wash the upper bunks, there are lots of dusts there

The entrance of the hostel is a little bit hard to find and the building is pretty old. The staff is great, the rooms are okay, the only thing is that the hallway is very dilapidated. I would rate it a 5 or 6 out of 10.

Very nice authentic Hong Kong style hostel stay. Location is great. Just a towel would be appreciated and shampoo and shower gel.

This hotel is located in Mirador Mansion, right next to Chungking Mansions, making it very convenient for getting around. It seems to be run by a martial arts studio. For tourists who spend all day exploring and just need a place to shower, charge their devices, and sleep at night, it's perfectly sufficient. It has a private bathroom and air conditioning, and it's quieter and easier to sleep in than a typical hostel. Just remember to bring your own disposables like bath towels and slippers, and a universal adapter. It's a great value-for-money option for an overnight stay in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Room Condition: This is a typical Hong Kong capsule hostel, compact but fully equipped. The bunk beds are clean and tidy, and the bedding is odorless. Ventilation and natural light from the window are decent. Facilities & Services: Basic accommodation facilities are complete, meeting the needs for an overnight stay and rest. The public areas are well-maintained. Ideal for budget-conscious backpackers or students on short stays, and travelers who prioritize location over luxurious accommodation.

Basic hostel good for the price, not the cleanest place I have stayed but still I enjoyed my stay and the location. Beds were firm and great to sleep on! Have to take an escalator up every time bus can leave by the stairs. Would stay again if need to come back to HK.

The best of the hostel is Linda she is so nice and helfull is the best employer she is so nice and good ai thought she was the owner. There are some rochessbut I think it is more a problem of the cithy than the hostel itself.

I've stayed in a few hostels in Honkers (this is how we Aussies call Hong Kong) but Kung Fu Hostel was definitely the most pleasant, mostly because the manager, Linda, was an unusually friendly and kind person. DEFINITELY, I will be booking my next stay in Honkers at Kung Fu (unless I can find a person with whom to stay for free, of course).
