Even though I booked a 4 person room, I got a bed in a six person room. The room is very clean, but the bathroom facilities are less clean. The building in general was old. Don't expect to much for the price. However the location is very convienent!

Well if you want to stay in a hostel in the downtown Kowloon area, I do not think you can do better than here. It’s well run and the staff are incredibly hard-working and welcoming. The room was clean, the air con good. I was very happy staying here. Thanks to the staff: Linda, Max. Great arrival and check in experience. It was all great. Photo shows the entrance area and kung fu school and nearby streets.

Very friendly service and great location for a comparatively cheap price but the beds were not that nice and one of the two toilets on the entire floor was closed

Honestly, it's only a place to sleep, nothing else. And it works perfectly!! I would book it again. Very competitive price, and the staff is nice :) Best location in HK also, TST is perfect for everything.

Although, being setup in one of the best localities of HK, the hostel is a very difficult place to spend a night in. It’s a very small room with 4 bunk beds and an AC which doesn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend. No hard feelings.

Very basic. Bed ok. Toilet ok. Shower good. Owner rude and unhelpful. Hostel is very hard to find. It says its on the 4th floor but actually its on the 3rd floor

Never judge a book by its cover, the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone with a low budget.

This is a very straightforward accommodation, offers a place to sleep and is in a very good location & close to the metro station for exploring more of Hong Kong. The best part of staying here is Linda!! She was so sweet and gave me breakfast in the mornings and sat and chatted with me. I really enjoyed her warmth and hospitality. Sam, the owner, was also really nice and it was neat to learn about his history as a kung fu instructor and get a peek at the classes. You can join a class if you want! The toilet/shower is not luxury but I was more than satisfied as a solo traveler trying to keep my budget small. Overall it was clean & I felt safe as there is a code on the door for entering the studio. The only con for me was the Mirador Mansions area that you have to go through to access the elevator up to the hostel; I felt a bit uncomfortable coming home in the evenings as I got followed twice and it seemed to be a place that people might loiter. Don’t let this deter you, I would stay here again, it’s just something to be aware of, especially if you’re a solo female traveler like me!
