love the location and the room given. love the spacious room and amenities available in the room and in the hotel. i can see the lovely Hong Kong view from the room. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay. I was very touched and I am looking forward to staying with them next time!

The room is next to Jordan MTR station, just across the street from the MTR station. There is a Mixue Ice City at the entrance of the first floor. It is easy to find and close to Temple Street. It is very convenient to go shopping at night, eat some snacks, and buy some small souvenirs. The hotel has just been renovated, so it is still relatively new and clean. This is the most important point. It will be much more comfortable to stay. This hotel is self-service. You can add the boss's WeChat at the door. After the confirmation, provide the hotel confirmation and the front and back photos of the Hong Kong and Macau Pass. The boss will send you the gate code and room code, and you can enter by yourself. I didn't see the boss the whole time. It is very convenient and safe. It is much better than my previous stay. It is highly recommended and cost-effective.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

A True Gem in Hong Kong – Exceptional Stay at Hotel ICON I recently stayed at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour – waking up to that stunning sight was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments. Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. Location: Near bus stops for Airport bus A11. On return trip to airport, it helped that we board before Causeway Bay / Central given limited baggage space on the bus. It was fun taking Ding Ding to Causeway Bay. We also took bus 2A to Wanchai ferry terminal. Very near MTR stop. Room: Was clean and equipped with Santal 33 amenities. The central aircon has room temperature around 20 Celsius in January, as it has no warming function. We learnt from reception that this is standard for HK hotels, but it would be nice to have the Japanese standard of an aircon cum heater in the room. A small heater was provided, which helped provide some warmth in wee hours of morning. Good cafes / restaurants open till late just downstairs, good for late dinners and desserts after a long day out. I will stay again at this hotel.

The accommodations were perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the late check-out you provided. It gave us the chance to savor our last morning, enjoying breakfast in bed and taking our time to pack up.
