酒店三樓是個KTV，唱歌到半夜三點鐘，根本沒法睡覺。酒店也不提醒，難道就沒有了投訴你們嗎？我們8人訂的三間房，都反饋一晚上沒睡着！打電話前台，也是敷衍一下，房間滿了，換不了房！你們沒有耳塞嗎？一點也不為客人考慮，酒店説也沒辦法？那你們開什麼酒店，住宿是基本功能，我到酒店又不是來聽鬼哭狼嚎的。

去武漢途中入住的紅安維也納酒店，也就是路過住一宿，酒店設施、衞生都很好，價位合理，前台人員熱情。就是臨近馬路的一側晚上會有稍許大車跑過的噪音，其他都可以的。

進屋一股惡臭味，夜裡有旁邊KTV的聲音，朝的睡不着，早上電梯壞了，早餐檔次也很低，反正是住的最差的一次維也納
