"Great and easy checkin. The cabin was clean and tidy and just 50 meters from kitchen and bathroom facilities. The hot pools were very hot indeed. The kitchen facilities were fine and offered everything needed for cooking and doing dishes. The cabin was rather warm at night (no aircon) and the beds a bit noisy. All in all a good, recommendable stay and good value for money."

"The front desk service is very good, but the hotel does not provide bottled water and slippers. Ladies are advised to bring their own conditioner. There are food courts and supermarkets near the hotel, so shopping is also very convenient."

"We had a generally pleasant experience in Rydges Rotorua. though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel rooms are showing signs of age, and overall cleanliness in our bedroom was just average. A particular letdown was the rusty kettle provided in the room. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, spa and a children's playroom which are great for families. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day.
