Hot Spring Hotels in Shaoguan

I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

This homestay is really awesome! The service is intimate and thoughtful, the environment is elegant and comfortable, the indoor air is fresh, the room hygiene is particularly in place, and the details are full. This season is just right to stay. The hundreds of acres of tea gardens are dotted with rotten cherry blossoms. The beautiful scenery is panoramic. The experience of staying is directly full. I especially like the two dogs in the hotel. 🐶, very cute, highly recommended ～.

The design of the homestay is superb, and the modern architecture and garden scenery are perfectly integrated. The service is intimate and the butler is super thoughtful. From the moment you step into the homestay, the enthusiasm of the staff makes people feel warm. My first thought was, wow, this hotel is huge! The lobby is massive, and the room was even more impressive – my two kids shrieked with excitement when we opened the door! 😍 The 2.6-meter king-size bed comfortably fit all four of us. The independent bathroom had everything: a super-large bathtub, a walk-in closet, a toilet, and a shower room. Plus, the balcony had its own private hot spring pool, which the kids absolutely loved! There are also outdoor hot spring pools, a kids' water park, an infinity pool, a gym, a swimming pool, a kids' ball pit, and restaurants within the hotel… Honestly, every aspect of this hotel is impeccable. The concierge sister who checked us in at the lobby was so kind and thoughtful! Definitely worth a thumbs up 👍 I'm already recommending it to all my mom friends.

This hotel is high-end and new, perhaps not widely known. The service was excellent; they contacted us before our check-in. The views were superb, overlooking fields and lush green mountains in the distance. Each room had a private hot spring bath. However, since the hotel has only been open for a few months, I would like to offer a few suggestions: 1. Unless there are significant changes, please avoid asking guests to contact you directly through the booking platform every day. When we did contact you, they only asked for our location and arrival time, without providing any particularly important information. 2. The hotel is located near beautiful farmland, with no shopping malls or restaurants, and the hotel is not currently offering dinner. Fortunately, we were driving, and we had to drive back 30 minutes to Shixing County to find a restaurant. 3. The hotel offers a simple breakfast, which was fine and quite tasty. Drinks are limited to a coffee machine and bottled water; adding hot tea would be helpful, especially for elderly guests. 4. Breakfast service should be moved to 7:30/8:00 AM. The current 8:30 AM is inconvenient for guests who need to travel. 5. The room had a water usage indicator, but the previous guest's record wasn't cleared upon check-in, leading me, who has no concept of water usage, to believe the water would run out quickly. The staff immediately followed up after noticing this, which is commendable. However, it was already past 10:45 PM, my husband was asleep, and I was soaking in the hot spring alone, so I couldn't answer the door. The staff went to knock on my mother's other room door. Actually, the problem would have been solved if the record had been cleared before each check-in, or if the water usage display hadn't been shown. 6. The aromatherapy oils by the pool were beautiful and a thoughtful touch, but they forgot to provide small candles, so they were useless. This is a very unique hotel; the architect and designer must have put a lot of thought into it, and the staff are very dedicated. I'm writing this in the hope that you will manage it well. I hope our Lingnan Secret Hot Spring will continue to improve!

On weekends during the peak winter season, this price can be said to be very cost-effective. The front desk staff is friendly and well-trained. Although the breakfast does not have much meat, it is relatively rich and satisfactory! The hot springs are also real hot springs! The environment and ecology are good in all aspects. It can be seen that the senior managers of the hot spring have worked hard to create value for money! The only service points deducted are: the snack stalls in the hot springs, the people who make rice rolls at night, and some other local aunties and other service staff have too much sense of ”local owners”, obviously no systematic training, and have a arrogant attitude. Please talk to consumers more She said she was tired and panicked, as if the consumer came to consume to cause trouble for her, and the sarcastic remarks really made people angry! There is still a gap between the quality of women in mountain villages and 4A resorts. In addition, it is recommended that hot springs should have a music reminder when closing time is approaching to facilitate customers to grasp the time. When the breakfast is finished, diners should be reminded whether they want to replenish food for the last time, instead of just calling it a day! Finally, the service quality of the front desk staff is indeed very high! Worth repurchasing!

First and foremost, we came here for the stream, and we were definitely not disappointed! The water is so clear, you could spend an entire afternoon playing there. The hotel environment was fantastic. We chose to come on a Friday, so it wasn't crowded. Even though it was hot, the atmosphere was beautiful and incredibly comfortable! The hotel service was perfect! They even gave us watermelons grown by local villagers, which were so sweet. We booked over a month in advance, and they included a barbecue, so there's a discount for booking in advance! We ate a lot, and there was a bonfire party in the evening. The atmosphere was amazing. Although we didn't go while we were playing in the water, just listening to the music outside was enough to make us feel the atmosphere was fantastic! It's perfect for families; my son had so much fun playing there that he didn't want to leave. The pool in our room was filled after we checked in, and it was very clean and hygienic! The only thing I think could be improved is the breakfast, which wasn't as delicious, hahaha. I'll definitely be back with friends and family, and I'll be back for the hot springs in winter.

The room has mountains and water, the air is good, the balcony is very large and airy, and the drying rack is intimately placed, which is convenient for drying clothes.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests, there are many hawk peach planted on the mountain, but unfortunately it is winter, the leftover branches are dried, I believe that the flowers must be more beautiful when they bloom. The layout of the room is very good, and it is consistent with the hotel's promotional pictures. The room is not cleaned thoroughly. The stains visible to the naked eye of the toilet are visible. The refrigerator is very old and there are playing cards scattered on it. The karaoke sound is good, but it is dirty and old. The wires pass through the balcony door. A little leaking electricity, there is an inductance when you touch the handle. A bit scary, the balcony door can't be locked, one of the rooms has only 3 slippers, called for one night and no one sent it, ordered a meal at the hotel, not allowed to take it back to the room to eat, said that it is not enough staff to clean, and repeatedly said that it will clean up by itself. It still can't work. I can sit on the first floor and have a dinner. I have a good dinner with my friends. I can’t sit down and have a bad experience. In short, there is basically no service at all. The service staff has only a few uncles and aunts living nearby. The hot springs are still good. The pool landscape environment is good.

Beautiful surroundings with just mountains and water, lots of negative ions. My mood improved after two days here, and my little nephew loved it too. There are plenty of facilities for kids. The hot springs use herbal sachets added to the pools, and there are many pools to choose from. The breakfast buffet is also good. The environment has a Balinese vibe, which is very comfortable. The downside is that no delivery platforms can access the hotel. I love coffee, but couldn't find any good options here. It would be great if the hotel added a high-quality coffee bar. I'll definitely come back!
