My recent stay at Moxy London Heathrow Airport was a refreshing and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional. The staff members were welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Check-in was swift and hassle-free, and throughout my stay, the staff remained attentive and responsive, ensuring that I felt well taken care of. In terms of facilities, Moxy London Heathrow Airport offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's modern and stylish design created a lively ambiance, while the amenities provided added convenience and relaxation. The room was cozy and well-equipped, featuring all the essentials for a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the communal areas, which were thoughtfully designed to encourage socializing and relaxation. From the vibrant lobby to the cozy lounge areas, there were plenty of spaces to unwind and connect with other guests. Overall, my experience at Moxy London Heathrow Airport was exceptional. With its excellent service, stylish design, and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

We arrived and parking was good and nearby. As a disabled blue badge holder, there was a good amount of disabled bays and it was free when I presented my blue badge at reception. Check in was quick and efficient. Only one of the two lifts was working, but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so this wasn’t a problem. We had a room for 2 adults and a child, so a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was small, but we only needed it to sleep and so it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good. The floor was so filthy, that we just threw our socks away because of how black they were. The mattress on the single bunk bed was absolutely disgusting. I have attached photos. The sheet was just a piece of material folded in half, and wasn’t tucked in or anything which is how we noticed the dirty mattress. It was late when we noticed it, so I sent photos and an email to reception, who immediately offered us breakfast free of charge. We declined the breakfast as we already had reservations elsewhere, and we saw that breakfast was very poor with little on offer. The manager then replied and refunded our stay and cleaned the room. The management/reception team were lovely and sorted things swiftly. We would stay again and have stayed in many Ibis hotels, but I will be checking the cleanliness of them closely in future.

Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Reception staff were excellent and most helpful. Unfortunately I stayed during COVID-19 so there was no breakfast served and no room cleaning. However anything needed it was readily available

clean, modern, interesting and top equipped room. friendly and attentive staff. I was very surprised and will definitely come back. you can do everything around the corner on foot and the tube is a 3-minute walk away!

Complimentary Wi-Fi access (30 minutes/day) can be used for checking mails and surfing the web. Luggage storage, laundry and parking facilities are also offered here.All simple yet cosy rooms at the hotel feature king-size Travelodge Dreamer Bed for a comfortable nights sleep. Other in-room amenities include satellite television, tea-coffee maker and free Wi-Fi access. Private bathrooms are provided with hairdryer and shower facilities along with designer toiletries.A sweet and savoury breakfast is served at the on-site Bar Cafe. Regional, pan Asian and international cuisine are served at restaurants located nearby. NOTHING TO LIKE HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - Arrogant, rude and abusive staff, very unhelpful and not interested in guests - Location is too far from heathrow airport and London city centre - requires train and bus changes for both which are very costly and complicated - Dirty Rooms - not cleaned properly and bedding is not changed often. Frequent mistakes with many things not being done properly and needing to be fixed - Staff blame the guests for their own mistakes rather than fix the problem! Guest is made to feel as though its his fault! - Staff Lie and Pretend not to speak English when they make a mistake despite speaking to you in English several times before. How stupid do you think guests are? - Bad Wifi frequently doesn’t work and so data roaming is often required which is expensive - Cold breakfast only and closes very early - no eggs, hash browns etc. Breakfast closed early and missed! - Bar closes too early but many drunk people sitting around all night on the weekend - Restaurant is overpriced for the quality - No phones in the room to contact reception - Directly under the Heathrow flight path with planes flying every minute directly above - There are many airport hotel options which are both closer to the airport and not on the direct flight path - Not in a nice area for family or couples. Unhelpful and rude staff. Hounslow has a lot of gangs of youths roaming around particularly on the high street - Not suitable for business travellers as no computers or printers in the lobby - No fridges or minibar in the rooms - Understaffed and basic requirements of a room and hotel such as cleanliness are not met! Many negatives and no positives! Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache!!
