"I am a passenger who stayed alone on a bicycle around the island. The room has a slight smell of smoke (seems to be a common problem in motels). Then because the location is close to the 1st line of the platform, I occasionally feel the sound of the vehicle, but I feel it until dawn after wearing earplugs. Hot water is very stable plus points."

"I took my parents back to my hometown in Hsinchu during the Chinese New Year. I found a hotel and stayed there comfortably. It was quite convenient. The temperature of the swimming pool was just right. My parents and children were also very happy. I was very satisfied overall."

"location wise is abit too far with no nearby shops. resort has only 1 snall eatery opposite the check-in/check-out counter and 1 big eatery on the 2nd level primary for buffet area.
price wise it is too expensive but i guess it is to maintain the resort and the animals so i would recommend to stay only 1 night and cram the free activities together if u want and the attached tickets to the theme park. If u want to pay for additional activities like seeing tigers or lions or feeding certain animals the prices are also very expensive so not that worth it.
food wise breakfadt buffet is included but not lunch and dinner. please take note. so got to pay again for those 2 meal times.
free shuttle bus from the resort to the theme park. remember to take a Q number from the counter first."

"The room is ordinary, and the water dispenser is only in the restaurant and the top floor, which is a bit inconvenient. The location is in a very small alley with a lot of cars and people. It is difficult to drive, and the underground parking lot is difficult to enter, and most of the parking spaces are mechanical. However, it is easier to enter the parking lot, and it is flat and close to the hotel, so it is quite convenient! There are quite a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner and buy midnight snacks. The breakfast is quite rich with many choices, so you don’t have to worry about not having anything to eat!"

"AJ Hotel is co-located in an office and commercial building which provides a close proximity (few mins walking distance) to the high speed rail station. It provided me with good access to the offices around, industrial visits as well as connectivity to Taipei and Taiyuan airport. Number one choice for me when travelling on business to Hsingchu area. Only downside is not much entertainment nearby which is not my point of focus."

"Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again."
