I travel a lot throughout China for business and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is special in the fact that it is set in its own private park/grounds rather than a typical city street. It is also a very large and very new. The front desk were very helpful and spoke excellent English meaning I was able to check in quickly. The room was large and very clean. If staying in Huainan I would definitely recommend you stay in this hotel. I will be back!!!!

酒店整體大氣，房間乾淨衞生，停車場很大很方便，就是入住前台安排的房間距離電梯太遠，自駕帶的行李有點多，強調了幾次，還是安排到距離電梯最遠的地方

淮南最好的酒店，超級大，又新又漂亮又便宜。300+的價格，完全不遜於1000+的酒店。小長假裏入住率不高，以至於和家人一直在感慨，他們難道不會虧嗎？ 電費感覺都比房費貴，還有很大的健身房和游泳池，真的性價比太高了。唯一有點美中不足的是可能就是因為入住率不高，房間空關蠻久了吧，桌上有一層薄薄的浮灰。

景色很好，空氣清新，坐擁整個山頭，作為度假型酒店這個價格性價比很高了；設施方面中規中矩；不足的是早餐很普通，很多炸物都是冷的；更扣分的是前台全程垮着臉，沒有告知含早，沒有説明餐廳位置，基本的職業素養還是要有吧…除了前台，其他服務人員都很好，還送了歡迎水果。

酒店很大，環境優雅大氣，商務氣息濃郁。前台小姐姐很漂亮熱情，房間乾淨衞生，桌上有和淮南歷史文化相關的書籍，對歷史文化愛好者很友好。早餐很豐盛。如果再來淮南還會選擇入住。

這家酒店離淮南南站大概20分鐘車程。酒店環境很好，是園林景觀，佔地面積挺大，公區面積大且景色非常漂亮，客房是分佈在園林中的一棟一棟的。
本來訂的無陽台的基礎房，前台給升級到了帶陽台的房型，陽台上就能看到一部分園林景觀。房間面積挺大，硬件很新，衞生也打掃的挺乾淨，酒店的wifi速度非常快。令人滿意的是備品都是小瓶裝的，這在幾千塊錢的奢華酒店都是大瓶裝的大環境下，還是值得好評的，唯一的缺點就是房間裏的迷你吧裏沒有飲料。
酒店的服務人員數量好像不多，在酒店裡有一些需求的話還是很難找到人去反饋的，而且服務人員的服務意識普遍也一般，但是入住當天服務員送來了歡迎水果，品類很豐富，這個還是值得好評的。這次因為時間關係，沒有體驗到早餐和游泳。
總體來説，作為300多一晚的五星級酒店，性價比非常高，酒店的硬件和環境非常好，服務水平有待提升總體還是尚可，在淮南這趟旅程因為這家酒店還是挺滿意的。

當地迎賓館，衝著“迎賓館”前往入住，漂亮的園林環境，嶄新的建築，卻不知該如何形容的服務水平！ 必須要指出的是，前台接待服務質素絕對有待加強，畢竟作為“迎賓館”的接待門面，態度、言語、能力，培訓衹是一方面，服務意識的與否，實在需要提高！ 當客人聽到“酒店的要求，與我們前台無關” 時，當時無語可想而知！ 關於服務的兩分，是給客房大姐的，入住期間唯一熱情禮貌/工作對得起硬件的服務人員。
攜程的介紹訊息嚴重不足/不實，一層的基礎客房，其實就是與停車場/健身中心/洗衣房等設施同在的非常見客房區域，誰住誰知道！！！ 其中06號房，衹有半扇窗，且對着內天井，採光嚴重不足，更不要説是景觀了！！！ 而經要求換的10號房，床頭櫃上極其明顯的煙頭痕跡，實在有礙觀瞻，且在酒店的嚴格按金制度上（房費網上預付過，房間小冰箱空空如也，仍要付款比房費高的多的按金，且需要長時間查房），後來住客也恐有説不清的嫌疑風險吧… 當地價格最高的賓館之一，設施最新的賓館，沒有之一，然而，服務/管理/態度，絕對值得商榷 ！
