Extremely pleased with the courteous and efficient service of Miguel and Alberto at the reception desk and Ricardo at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern. Mature crowed at the hotel bar nightly. Restaurant has a very good and inexpensive daily special.

This hotel was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness to the decor. The staff was wonderful as well. They comped us free parking, didn’t charge for a roll in bed when my 3rd son stayed with us, and didn’t take a deposit for pool towels. Truth be told, we were staying 2 weeks. They sent us two bottles of delicious wine when we arrived, so first impressions were awesome. There was a heat wave, so ac was struggling to keep our room cool, but that’s not their fault. Our room keys kept deactivating and they were always replacing them until I learned that I couldn’t keep it by my cell phone. That was totally my fault. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. I highlight breakfast, is a 10, in variety and quality, mixed sandwiches, curry, potato tortilla, beach, juice bread, toasts, cooking, etc. there is spa, good restaurant. However, I have suggestions to improve, I asked room 2 two beds and went with 1 and, although it is subject to availability, I made my reservation premature enough to do not happen. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was cleaned and the handcuffs were put on our bag, a little rare and unhygienical detail. At least I put them in bed (nowhere too because it must be in the bathroom and not in the room) but in no way above the bag

Very spacious room with beautiful view of the mountain The French language is not the only language to be used in the French language . The hotel was closed to the hotel and the hotel was closed to the hotel. Buy a € 2 bath shirt In short, sleep is good but don't eat it !

Stayed for a week with the superb Hike Pyrenees walking holidays. Stayed in a junior suite with jacuzzi bath and huge bed. Small indoor pool and sauna - perfect to refresh after long hiking day in the hills. The hotel restaurant is not worth bothering with when there are so many excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk (Tiki) but breakfast is ok. The staff are so helpful and accommodating especially Laura on reception. Would certainly stay here again when visiting magical Biescas. Walk by the fields to the rear in the evening for Nightingale serenades.

This review is difficult as some things were great and others were not. Overall I think the Hotel is great and with a little effort could be brilliant. Its geographical position is stunning and positioned in such a beautiful area. sadly some of the reviewers comment on staff and interaction - they are correct. Our check-in was originally not going to be friendly but the lady seemed to get it right when I persevered in a happy manner - when she turned she was exceptionally good - but I had to work to get her there. The next young lady on reception was rude and sullen and all my attempts to get her to smile and be helpful did not work. The young man in the cafeteria was superb and one other lady was excellent along with one other lady who was abrupt. Their dog policies are all over the place and not coherent and indeed if they are coherent all the staff have a different understanding of them. Would I revisit this Hotel? Absolutely - All I hope is they get their staffing right and their policies uniform.

This hotel has a great location and even though it was central, the rooms remained quiet. The reception staff were friendly and so helpful in providing guidance on where to hike in the Pyranees. Our bed was an exceptional size, probably King size! My husband is 6”7, so he was very happy with this!! We stayed with our 2 sons, who are 8 and 10 years (both taller than average), and they were able to sleep in the pull out sofa. The apartment was very comfortable and would highly recommend it for families.
