We went on an all inclusive program. The food is delicious, you order like in a restaurant (not a buffet), because of this, often the waiters can forget to write down and bring the dish. The beach is good. The rooms are good but the floors are dirty. All bars have local alcohol, only one bar had imported. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is another hotel nearby that you can use. We played tennis, golf and basketball there. There is also a water park with good slides.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the buffet restaurant is very large and there are many things, and in addition to the main restaurant for dinner there are 7 different restaurants to order, and the all-inclusive cost is very worry-free. Wonderful beach where you can snorkel in shallow water. Entertainment and facilities are ALOT that you need at least 2 weeks to experience all. Everyone is working with passion and keen to make guests happy Special thanks to: Mr. Ahmed AbdelHamid in front desk who was seeking our pleasure more than we did actually and was offering everything possible to make our stay more pleasant. To Mr. Omar who solved a little issue in our room type in one second without even asking him. To captain Mohamed in beach bar who remembers our choices from first day and was automatically asking us whether to bring the same or we wish different. Regretfully didn't stay enough to meet other extraordinary staff, but definitely will return very soon. This is the view from our room.

We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy.

We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

After being to many 5 🌟 resorts, all over the world this hotel surpassed all on service and staff, from the maintenance guys to the big man (Mr F) the service was outstanding. With Ahmed at your service and Carlos serving your drinks you couldn't want anything more. Mustafa as our houseman was amazing, funny and happy to help, all of the bar staff knew the drinks you had previously ordered and a full team of outdoor housekeepers to make the grounds pristine. The only feedback I would give is to have more activities throughout the day (darts, dominoes, organised barrocca etc. and maybe some pool music)

The place is really large and next to beach. Positive: - nice area outside buildings - many flowers - coral reef in front of hotel - animation is good and fun for kids in Negatives: - rooms are somewhat dated and not really well maintained. Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Broken items in bathroom. Terrace though was quite nice but sea view was actually quite partial. Towels not very new. Overall you have th feeling of a good 3 star or average 4 star hotel but by fat not 5. - food is a lot. Very few really tasty dishes. Actually breakfast is fine but not dinner. Generally low quality of food. - there is a very bad practice of keeping sunbeds reserved by putting a towel. Main people doing it were from Russia. Should not be supported by hotel. Makes guests quite upset. - aqua park only works from 10 to 4. - Alcohol they serve is a poison. Local brand San Siro for all except beer. I did not dare to taste. Smells bad. Beer tastes good but seems not to have Alcohol. Small glasses they use. Which makes it not convenient. - not much English in staff.
