"The room was large and new, clean and very comfortable. However, the specifications are too new, and when I check in, I sometimes get confused about getting on and off the elevator, so I thought it would be helpful if there was a little more polite service. Very convenient location right next to Ichikawa Station. However, it is difficult to understand when you come for the first time, so I think you can go without hesitation if there is a guide board at the entrance of the alley."
"Everything was good except breakfast!
It would be best if the breakfast was a little more delicious!
It will be a hotel where you will want to stay again next time."
"I made a reservation in case I can't get home because I have a drinking party at Nishi-Funabashi Station that goes on until late.
The shuttle bus is very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk.
Basically, there is no inconvenience in this business hotel, but it is very crowded only at breakfast, so I think it would be good if they could solve that problem.
Everyone lines up obediently in a single line, and even one slow person causes a traffic jam, so I think it would be an easy solution to spread out the serving of food or allow people to pick up from both sides."

"Excellent experience here - the staff were warm and hospitable. Hotel was also conveniently located beside the Ichikawa Shiohama station along the JR Keiyo line, which meant that the Disney Resort was only less than ten minutes away by train. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, and we will certainly be back."
"1 minute walk from the station and supermarket.
Buffet breakfast (Japanese and Western) is served every day,
Everything is delicious too.
But the room is very very small,
It’s perfect for getting up early to take the bus to Disneyland and queuing up.
Someone who won’t stay in a hotel all day!"
"The hotel is dated but clean. Superior twin room was spacious. Had extra shampoos and amenities that customers can choose on each floor. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.
The only downside was that the hotel did not provide service to courier suitcases to the airport. Was told parcels can be shipped to residential address but not to airports. Had to take to closest convenience store."
