"The location is perfect in front of the station.
The room was at the back of one corridor, but I think it's easy to understand.
The inside of the room was nice and clean.
Breakfast is also crowded, but I think it's good to have a variety, but there are so many people that I can't afford to choose slowly, so I'm going to take it for the time being, so I thought I could do something about it."
"This hotel is not bad except that it is a little far from the subway station, which takes more than 20 minutes to walk. The hotel is very clean and some rooms are suitable for children. But the smoke room has a strong smell of smoke. If you don't like smoke, you must book a non-smoking room, otherwise it will be uncomfortable. I will book this hotel again next time I come here. The price-performance ratio is very good. I like this small stool here the most, but I don't know where to buy it."
"If you want to go to Disneyland it’s a top-notch location. Firstly, the hotel right at the metro exit. Secondly, Disneyland is 2 stops by train from here (Maihama station). Thirdly, Lawson store is next to the hotel, very convenient. The surrounding area is quiet, clean and calm. The room was tooooo small for 2 thin people, but it had everything you needed, towels and bathrobes were being changed daily, we personally have chosen the hotel only for sleep, that’s why it was ok. No one at the reception speaks English, we tried to ask them to book tickets for us to Disneyland online with giving them cash in turn, as we didn’t have an opportunity to book online (card didn’t work), they invited a guy who was considered to understand English, he listened to us attentively and then disappeared somewhere, I was waiting for him at a lobby for 10 minutes and then went to the room with no feedback. He never appeared again before our departure. Take this fact into consideration). By the way, you can use disposable toothbrushes, combs, razors and so on for free, they are all on the stall at a lobby hall. Here you also can warm up your food. Breakfast is ok, you won’t leave the restaurant hungry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in if the main purpose is visiting Disneyland."

"This is a hotel with a sense of history. The room faces east and the view is very open, beautiful and refreshing. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are clean. The air conditioning in the room is centrally operated and cannot be adjusted by yourself. It may be hot in summer. The location is very advantageous, it is only a 5-minute walk to JR Ichikawa Station, which is very convenient."

"Outstanding service with unique location very close to subway station. The service staff was nice and cooperative. The rooms were found very hygienic and cleaned. I recommend this hotel to foreign travelers to enjoy time in Japan ."
"On the Saturday of the Mid-Autumn Festival, hotels in downtown Tokyo were too expensive and full. I accidentally found this hotel. I took a few more subway stops to the suburbs. It was surprisingly easy to find. There were elevators or walkways suitable for dragging luggage when exiting the subway station. Unlike the subway in the city, you have to carry a lot of luggage by yourself. There are many choices of food around the hotel. Although it is a bit old, it is quite clean. Breakfast is a good Western breakfast provided by the cafe next door.
There were three people waiting for late night check-in and bowed all the way to register. Although I had to check out at 10:00 the next day, I felt relieved that I could store my luggage for free. The hotel is one subway stop away from Haneda Airport, which is actually very convenient. A good choice 👍 I plan to stay here again when I come to Tokyo next time. I can save money on accommodation and buy a lot of things!"

AAnonymous User1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her.
2. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty
