Service is okay but food is repetitive and always cold.there is no entertainment,also drinks are not that great either.only facility is swimming pool,there is no jacuzzi

Room OK ,drinks limited choice ,beer watered down .food very poor quality like school dinners and always cold or Luke warm ,soup not bad bread not fresh ,mini bar fridge empty not even water. No kettle in room to make a cuppa ,towels ancient .Staff are very good , back to food no fish only chicken and turkey , salads not bad ,deserts passable ,in all its cheap so you get what you pay for ,will never return .

The Staff where nice😆 in friendly in helpful the food was ok / the drink was good you had a choice of cocktails raki wine beer you were next to beach 5 min you were not far to walk to the shops in there were pubs near by .the rooms where clean clean towel everyday bed made room where clean

We arrived at the hotel on 24 August. The hotel is filthy throughout including the communal areas and pool area. The room was not cleaned once or the bedding changed over our 8 night stay, we had to repeatedly ask for toilet rolls & clean towels. On arrival the room was dirty & the bed sheets & towels were stained. There were plates of food left outside the rooms for days & the smell throughout the hotel was enough to make you ill.Please see photographs below. We were unable to eat once in the hotel despite this being advertised as all inclusive. The staff are rude & the photos on the travel agent sites do not reflect the hotel as it currently is. During our stay the hotel decided to screw down all the exit doors on each floor which is clearly a fire hazard. There was a gap to the safety bars between the small & large pool which is a risk for children, please sed the photo below. I would not recommend this hotel it is the worst we have stayed in and its clear that many of the other reviews are made up. During our stay there was not 1 person who had anything positive to say about the hotel, often with people having to move rooms on many occasions.

Mersoy Bellavista Hotel is the most ran down hotel I've ever seen. What they advertise and the reality are opposite things. Mersoy Bellavista has two sites, of which one is modern and the other one is completely run down. The most annoying thing that I have learnt from this holiday is, the company is deceiving the customers by selling their products using the pictures of the modern site, which is very wrong. I personally consider this as mis-sold product whereby very nice pictures of the modern site are used to make sales of the old site. The beds are horrid and mouldy, rooms don't get cleaned every day, appliances such as the fridge and air con do not work in some rooms. It was a nigh**are sleeping in up to 40 degrees temperature without air con. I ordered two rooms, in one of the rooms the door was broken making us unable to enter with a key card. Therefore we had to be given a physical key. As a result of this, the cleaners could not have access as there were no spare keys. Furthermore, we were in great frustration as there was no effective communication between customers and receptionist staff due to the language barrier. Despite the fact that we tried to voice up our concerns it was just a waste of time because the manager was never bothered to listen to us. I felt like racial discrimination was used because I had seen other customers of different races being transferred to better rooms or the new site, because they also had not been impressed with the hotel. It really broke my heart to see this happening. For holiday agencies I don’t think it’s wise for your companies to sale holidays for this hotel as you will end up dealing with loads of complaints from unhappy customers. This will also damage your reputation. Please see the attached picture below.
