Large, modern, comfortable room with everything needed for the stay. Good breakfast, although on the first day overcrowded thanks to a large tour group preparing for getaway. Food and service in both the ground floor restaurant and the roof terrace were of good quality. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Spectacular view from roof terrace (rooftop pool closed, but not a problem for us). Recommended.

Good location, good breakfast, first stay in a hotel room with three beds. Facilities are old and showers are small. You can still store your luggage or even use the bathroom for free after you leave. The bus station is just across the road and can go directly to Iguazu, Brazil. At first glance, the three countries are free in Argentina. It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, and you can also take the bus in the city, 35 pesos.

Always praised! The environment is first-rate, you can enjoy the beauty of the park to the utmost, and you can see the fire clouds at night, great! The service did not have to say, we had an early flight and arrived at more than nine in the morning. The front desk let us check in directly. The flight was cancelled the next day. The front desk asked us to postpone the check out until 4 pm. recommend!

I read some of the other reviews and can see some of the points of the negative comments. However, looking at the pictures before we booked, we fully knew what we were getting into. It is basically a hostel and a lot of younger or single or couples traveling stay here. Food prices are a bit high but can't blame them based on the low rate they charge at the facility. It is tired and minimal comforts in the room, but it promotes common area relaxation and the pool is nice and the sounds of the rainforest is enough reason to sit outside and relax. Staff was very helpful and the beer....best beer I had the entire time in Argentina. Their brewer is awesome.

Hotel is questionable when you first pull up because entrance is off a dirt/gravel parking lot. However, once inside you will be pleasantly surprised! The hotel is rather spread out among dense greenery. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but shower was extremely small. Don't drop the soap :)! Breakfast was varied and pretty typical these days. Lunch and dinner were excellent and much better than across the road at the other hotel. Staff was exceedingly helpful and very, very pleasant! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it for the price. Go Victor, you were a delight!

We regret that you are so disappointed because it is a very nice hotel, but it is disappointed with the disappointment you have and don't give much to stay**** enjoying the facilities. The rooms are not maintained, the furniture is disguised, the towels are scrapped and broken. The pile was missing cleaning, the water was turbid and the space around the pile was very disgusting (a stick backed on a tree, a CIF thrown, the grown grass, dirty tables and chairs, The hotel has a very good location and is very good for the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I repeat that it is a pity because it could be achieved with little to make the facilities prolify so that we can enjoy the place. La Reserva is a gem in the middle of the jungle near Iguacu Falls, Cataratas, Argentina. The staff was incredibly helpful when our original itinerary had to change due to flight delays, and very helpful in general! They provided local information, suggestions, taxi service, and were very friendly and warm. Our room was lovely and clean with very soft bedding and linens. The pool and grounds were incredible! We loved our stay here very much. Other reviewers have complained about language barriers - you are in a Spanish speaking country! Know some basic Spanish when you arrive. If you don't know Spanish, use a translator app. One observation about the restaurant - the food can be quite good, but it will take a while to arrive. Again, you are in Latin America, the pace of life is slower. Be patient, have a caipirinha by the pool or a glass of delicious Argentian wine while you wait for food to arrive.

cheese, fruit at the limit of its useful life, terrible coffee, completely overcooked eggs, crescents—the worst I've ever tasted in my life. Everything is additional: an espresso, additional; an omelet, additional; a cappuccino, additional, etc. They put some tiny cones to mark that you cannot park; when leaving with the SUV, I lightly hit one, and the security personnel, as if you had run over someone, stopped you, and they went to see the cone. Here are two pieces of advice: Foz has many more possibilities; if you go to this hotel, make sure to provide yourself with water; they do not give you a complimentary bottle or a refill point; and fill up with gasoline. As was our case, going to Asunción was a shame, and It's already a shame that the YPFs don't supply foreigners, and we only found one Shell service station. Check-out is at 10 a.m., just as information so that you can anticipate your plans, and ask for rooms finished in more than 10, the others will not have a panoramic view. We paid US$255 per night, so on an objective basis, it is a practical option, but it was not spectacular.

el hotel es un complejo enorme, las habitaciones estan distribuidas en varias hectareas, la atencion fue excelente, nos gusto muchisimo que la estar lejos del centro el hotel tiene TODO lo que necesitas, muchos detalles como un minimercado (con precios normales) donde conseguis bebidas frescas, lacteos, cigarrillos, etc, agua caliente gratis, el bar de la pileta (al mediodia) es excelente, comimos re barato y ruquisimo, a la noche abre el restoran que tiene cena tipo buffet y no muy variada, pro el precio esta bien, pero hay otras opciones cerca. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de amor, pero estan correctas, limpias, algo viejitas pero por el precio que tienen creo que estan bien. Sin duda volveria y lo seguire recomendando
