The location is very convenient. The hotel is not far from Itami Airport and there are restaurants nearby. The room is very large and very comfortable for one person. There is a Kinoshita facility in the airport that is convenient for nucleic acid testing for returning home, so I stayed for three nights and checked out after getting the results within 48 hours. It was very comfortable.

Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

A very basic hotel for a quick overnight stay for those who have connecting flights at osaka itami airport! It is just a walking distance away (less than 10 min!)
7-11 just across the road and bus stop to ikeda as well. They have a restaurant at the hotel lobby area but food was just passable standards.
Also, they offer airport shuttle bus to the airport as early as 6am!

The single room is spacious and well-equipped. You can pick up washing utensils (toothbrush, razor, etc.) in the lobby. The staff is very considerate, there is free airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the included breakfast is not bad (for the price). It's pretty good.

I arrived at Kansai Airport the day before and was flying back to Tokyo at Itami the next day, so I stayed at this reasonably priced hotel close to the airport. The room was a little cramped, but it wasn't a problem for a day of sleep during a layover. The pajamas were yukata with the pattern shown in the photo.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport until 10am. You can see the airport across the street from where the hotel is located, but it seemed a little difficult to get there on foot with luggage, so the shuttle bus was a great help.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant.
Negatives:
- The room was a bit on the small side. It is quite difficult to open a travel suitcase in the room itself. The room's narrow entrance requires some coordination to enter with a suitcase.
- When using the toilet we received an unpleasant surprise (clogged drain). However, we could count on the good service of the hotel clerk.
Pros:
- excellent service from the hotel clerk.
- excellent location if you have booked a domestic flight.
- many shops and restaurants in the airport
- the sky deck provides peace and quiet

Staying at this hotel again, it was really beautiful and great
Very good value for money, HKD1600/1 night including DINER and BREAKFAST BUFFET
The penthouse hot spring is a must to see the whole of Osaka
Definitely recommend.
The only problem is that the hotel corridor is older and darker, and if you take the MTR yourself, the road will be more cumbersome
But OVERA LL scored 99 points

The room and bed are large and comfortable
The location is subtle and almost one way across the ion
Amenities are almost all available and very good
There's a USB outlet, so I can charge it immediately if I have a cable.
It was a little high, but it was very good.
There is a pot, but if the water is free, you can't go to the front desk because you have to go to the front desk, so if you are troublesome, you can buy it at the vending machine next to the front desk
Because it is a bed that is too big for one person, the recommendation is to come with friends and lovers, or to use a luxury bed alone

I recently stayed at Hotel Fine Garden and was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially given the incredibly low rates.
