"The location is very convenient. The hotel is not far from Itami Airport and there are restaurants nearby. The room is very large and very comfortable for one person. There is a Kinoshita facility in the airport that is convenient for nucleic acid testing for returning home, so I stayed for three nights and checked out after getting the results within 48 hours. It was very comfortable."
"service: The staff are friendly and super helpful. The staff checking us in was able to communicate in English adequately, and both the cafe and noodle shop attached have menus in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.
Most services in the hotel have all four languages written some where so it's pretty convenient.
The amenities provided were fantastic, they even provided face masks free of charge, to really maximize the relaxation.
facilities: We booked the room with a personal hot tub/sauna and it was definitely worth it! You can take a soak in the privacy of your room at any time of the day, so relaxing!
The public onsen was also very nice, with clear instructions on proper procedure and very helpful staff, don't hesitate to ask them any questions. Definitely give it a try, but remember to be respectful of your fellow bathers.
I would recommend that you check in as soon as the hotel allows, so you enjoy the public onsen as soon as possible haha
food: We booked the buffet breakfast, it was interesting. Sme traditional Japanese cuisine and some traditional western fare; all delicious.
If you don't want restaurants food from the first floor, and have some time to spare, feel free to ask the staff about any nearby convenience stores.
conclusion: we had a fantastic time. the location is very quiet and walking around during the day is very relaxing, followed by a soak in your private tub or the public onsen."
"It is extremely convenient to take a flight from ITM Osaka Itami Airport! There is a shuttle bus at any time, and you can also reach it on foot.
It is rare for a business hotel next to the airport to have an artificial hot spring public pool, and it is also rare to have a tatami Japanese-style room (can accommodate four people). You need to make your own bed. The facilities in the room are okay, but the cleanliness is poor. People with mysophobia may suffer from it. Not suitable for guests with allergies"

"Stayed at ホテル ルナ Chi田 Shop (Hotel Luna Ikeda). At first, it seemed to be a little wrong type. (I just learned later that it was a love hotel type hotel) but overall it was good.
Spacious room And most importantly, the location is very good, very close to Itami airport, making it very convenient and fast to travel to the plane, suitable for people with morning flight. Or want to stay near the airport
Overall, it is a better experience than expected. If there is a chance, I will come back to use the service again."
"This hotel was compensated by ana... The flight could not land and had to return... 4 hours on the plane, and then 4 hours at the airport to change the flight... The hotel is at the airport (but you need to walk along the sidewalk, don't go through the parking lot when you see it opposite... There is a basketball net opposite and you can't get through at all) The hotel includes self-service breakfast in the morning, providing bread and coffee from 5:30-6:00, and self-service after 6:00. The variety is Japanese, and you can still eat enough. It's not bad to walk 5 minutes from the hotel to Sukiya. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, which is very convenient, just queue up. (I also saw the scene of the police chasing 🙀 I was so lucky..."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, the hotel has a shuttle, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the airport, there are fewer restaurants nearby, and it takes a few minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store , the room is big enough to open two large luggage is no problem, the bedside even no charging position, looking for a long time to see the table has a socket, the bathroom, although there is a bathtub, but too bad, did not dare to take a bath"
"Unlike New Chitose Airport, there are no planes taking off or landing at Itami Airport after 9pm, and since the hotel does not face the gliding field, it is quiet after 9pm.
For breakfast, you can eat Le Pain Kobe Kitano sandwiches from 6am if you request them at the front desk when you check in.
You have to pick up the sandwiches yourself from the front desk."
"I didn’t read the reviews beforehand. Turns out this is a love hotel. Saw lots of couples discreetly checking in and out. The room has “amenities” available including a massage wand.
There’s no restaurant. Everything food wise is delivered to the room and placed in a cabinet from the corridor which the guest can open up on the room side to discreetly take the food.
That said, it doesn’t feel seedy at all and I’d happily stay again as a solo traveller. The rooms are big and very clean."
"Location: Located in Minoh Mountain, similar to Osaka's Fragrant Mountain, it is a holy place for locals to enjoy red leaves. You can walk to the local attraction Minoh Waterfall ~ before 8 pm, you can take the hotel's minibus from the subway [Minoh Station] directly (minibus timetable official website); or take a taxi to [Qianli Central] subway station and go up the mountain, less than 200 yuan
Service: I have often heard people say that people in Osaka are very welcoming, but this time I felt it deeply! It was already late at night when I arrived at the hotel with my friends. The old man on duty helped us enthusiastically. He also made an exception and allowed us to use the private bath because the public bath was about to end. We were very touched and the scenery was wonderful.
Scenery: You can enjoy the night view of Osaka from the way up the mountain. When you get to the room, you can see the beautiful scenery outside the window.
Diet: I only had breakfast, which was very delicious and nutritionally balanced. There are many local tourists, so you can learn how everyone makes chazuke rice haha"
