"Really clean and compact rooms. If you find yourself in this outskirts of Central Tokyo, this is a decent place to stay. Literally next to the entrance to the Minami Tama station. Supermarket and 7-Eleven steps away. Used by many locals. Quality hotel for the price"
"I stayed here because it was cheap and there was a concert nearby. The exterior was a bit... bad, but the room was clean and I was happy.
Perhaps because it is an old-fashioned facility, you have to lift your feet up to get into the bathtub, and the step to the bathroom felt a bit dangerous, but considering the price I can't complain.
I told them I'm sensitive to noise, so they showed me to a room with no other guests nearby. It was really quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep. I was grateful.
However, there didn't seem to be a convenience store nearby... that's about it.
I was comforted by the letter and the chick ^ ^"

"A very memorable trip. I booked this hotel because it was close to the venue, and the actual experience was also very good. Check-in was done at the self-service machine. The room was very clean and tidy. The equipment and consumables were very complete. It felt a little better than Livemax. The hotel staff was also very enthusiastic. Because the laundry delayed the check-out, they did not charge extra room fees. The area around the hotel is very quiet, and there is a 711 within a few minutes' walk. It is about ten minutes' walk from Tobita, and the transportation is quite convenient. If I have the chance, I will stay here again"
"Facilities: Older, feels like the 1990s.
Sanitation: Very clean, even Japanese hotels are clean.
Environment: The surroundings are good, right next to the subway, it's not an exaggeration to say it's right at your doorstep.
Service: Hotel services are in place"
"We booked this hotel because there was a concert nearby. The hotel was very clean, as usual. Although there were not many types of breakfast, the taste was good.
Check-in and check-out are self-service, there is free ice and drinking water on the first floor, and there is a microwave.
There are Sukiya, convenience stores, and a local supermarket near the hotel. It is very convenient to walk here after getting off the subway. It takes half an hour to get to Shinjuku. It is a bit far from the airport.
The only downside is that the room we stayed in was close to the railway tracks, which affected our sleep."
"The check-in procedure went smoothly. Although it is not a new hotel, it is fully equipped and clean. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Although there are only Western and Japanese food options, the portions are large and very delicious."
"Thank you for your help for one night.
Access is in the corner of the station rotary
Very good, especially when you're tired, you don't move.

I want to repeat when staying in Chofu area
I think."
"It was a convenient location near Chofu Station. I was a bit concerned about the dim lighting in the room, but otherwise there were no problems. I'll stay here again if I have the chance."
"Close to the station and the reception staff were kind and nice.
There was bread and water (500ml PET bottle) near the receptionist, and there was no limit.
Amenities are also substantial, and there are cleaning, so even women can stay lightly.
I feel old, so I think it is enough to be satisfied if I don't care."
