"This hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review."

"Stayed before the flight from Indiana Airport. There is an airport transfer, but there is a reasonable distance from the airport. I was waiting for the shuttle at the airport when I arrived, but I used Uber without coming easily. He left the shuttle immediately when he left."

"Due to factors such as the epidemic, the number of tourists on business trips is very small, so there are very few people in the lobby. There are no baggage attendants and no tourist information desks. I arrived on Sunday. I expected to visit the museum on Monday. I asked the front desk. They said they were open, but they were not open. The opening hours were from Thursday to Sunday. Closed Monday to Wednesday. The front desk casually gave the wrong information, which was rarely seen in hotels in the United States before."

RRazzazI enjoyed my stay, the room is spacious and fully equipped.
The breakfast had lots of variety and the lobby free drinks were an advantage.
The backyard has a wonderful lake view and garden (which makes it feel like heaven).
Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

GGuest UserGood for a cheap quick stay. Room was clean enough, no bugs or major issues that I usually check for when I travel. Staff was friendly but too quite a long time checking us in. Suggest to have your confirmation check in documents ready it’ll make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall
