The B&B is nestled in the prime central spot of Taohua Lake, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. In the rain, the entire courtyard looked like a watercolor scroll, with its dark tiled roofs and white walls reflecting the rain streaks. Delicate ripples danced on the lake's surface, and distant mountains peeked through the thin mist. Even my breaths were filled with the fresh scent of plants and moist air. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were the highlight; I could take in the entire lake view and rainy scenery right from my bed. Raindrops slid down the window sills, and occasionally, a breeze would make the B&B's rain chains chime with a crisp, pleasant sound. This, combined with the sound of rain on the lake, created natural white noise. The most thoughtful touch was the underfloor heating in the room, keeping the damp chill of a southern rainy day at bay. Wrapped in soft bedding, sipping the hot tea provided by the B&B, and watching the rain curtain flow outside the window, time itself seemed to slow down. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, and the hot water was plentiful and stable. "I came to Qingyuan this weekend for a hot spring getaway and stumbled upon this hotel. The photos looked so beautiful, I decided to book it immediately. It's absolutely perfect for a weekend retreat for families or couples. I booked a **lake view king room**. The room featured a private hot spring tub and a spacious balcony offering stunning lake views. I really loved the hotel's design aesthetic – the black, white, and grey minimalist style felt very clean and comfortable. The **infinity pool** is incredibly photogenic! Everyone flocks there to take pictures 🤤. They even have a transparent glass boat, perfect for photos (though I did manage to tip it over!). I highly recommend taking photos around 5 PM; the lighting is absolutely gorgeous as the sun begins to set. Their **restaurant** is also very picture-worthy, especially breakfast, which runs from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM – perfect for those who like to sleep in! The lawn area is also ideal for photos, especially if you're wearing light-colored outfits. It's just about a 1-hour drive from Guangzhou."
