"The hotel is awesome. The front desk staff Salsa is very warmth and friendly, she is definitely an asset to the company, can see that she loves her job very well as her interaction with me makes me feel that. The 2 bedroom suites is excellent, very clean and comfy, the view is nice, the breakfast is fantastic. The location is good, just next to the mall, and just walking distance to the local snack market where I always buy lots of snacks. Overall, I’ll be back again to stay here if I visit Batam again"

"Very good for staycation. Quiet, Good View, Fresh Air and Swimming pool accessible, Near to the Tiger beach and the hotel provide shuttle service to there, Rooms are clean but the floor is dusty.  Overall, it was a good choice and satisfied though it’s a bit far from the city."

"Very nice hotel with swimming pool at level. There's also a spa called Eska Very friendly and nice staffs. They also provide free shuttle service to Grand Batam mall. But if you can't meet their timing just use Grab app and it costs around 50k ruppiah"

"The room is good and well maintained. We book the Tirta Premier room. It is spacious and clean. If they can upgrade the room with Internet TV will be great. Sitting at the balcony in the evening and night is one of the best thing staying here. The sound of the sea waves and the cold sea breeze help us to relax and unwind. Overall resort need a bit of tender and care. Still good but to attract more people staying, they need to improve some of the facilities especially the outdoor activities. The food is something that need immediate attention. For a premium place, the food could be better. And lastly, a bit more activities for entertainment can do wonders."

"A very good It was a decent place for a staycation. the room was neat and clean, and the facilities were good as well. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast area, although one small downside for me was that many of the good dishes were cooked with beef (which I’m allergic to). Overall, the experience was amazing. The hotel basically has everything you need, and for a one-night stay, the price is very affordable. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85) for a night. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families who are travelling on a budget."

"Staying at this hotel truly made me happy from the bottom of my heart. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was very quick. Everyone had great smiles. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. I will definitely choose this place again for my next business trip or vacation! The only minor drawback was the quality of the disposable toiletries."

"Room: Clean and hygienic, no mosquitoes, which is a big plus! 👍🏻 But the design does look a bit dated. Facilities: There are many facilities, but it seems like everything except the ground floor pool requires an extra charge. The 10th-floor facilities require a membership, which is charged monthly, even if you only want to use it once. So, I didn't get to experience them. Service: Excellent! All the staff were incredibly, incredibly nice. Breakfast: It was alright, pretty standard. The massage on the second floor of the hotel was really good! 👍🏻"

"The owner said Tv had only netflix and youtube. And no Netflix account. But when i adjust the antenna. There's normal tv channel available. She wont entertain calls. Only whatsapp test. Hate this type of people"

"The location is great, close to the beach, and the price is right. This time it was a business trip. I chose the apartment for half a day because of its location and cost-effectiveness. It is very fast to get to other places in Batam. The key is that the ferry terminal is next door, which is very convenient to Singapore."
