The views from the guest room window were equally delightful, whether overlooking the city's vibrancy or enjoying picturesque distant scenery – both offered a wonderful visual treat. As for service, from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Whether it was the quick and efficient check-in process or the attentive, on-call service, everything made me feel right at home. "A superb value hotel. Highly recommended. Newly renovated, the hotel is stylish and refined. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices were acceptable. The hotel is quite spacious, which helped disperse the crowds, so it never felt noisy. The business twin room, at 40 square meters, is generously sized and very comfortable. The garden outside the gym is also quite beautiful. Cross the bridge directly opposite the hotel, and in about 5 minutes, you'll reach Haogu Pagoda. Climbing the pagoda offers panoramic views of the entire South Lake. There's a beautiful greenway around South Lake, with weeping willows and clear blue waters, making for a very pleasant stroll. Turning right from the hotel, a 10-minute walk brings you to the Zicheng Ruins, with the Grand Cathedral right next door. A tram station is conveniently located by the cathedral. Xiexi Street is located behind the hotel, and a 15-minute walk will bring you to the famous Shaomai eateries there. Just to the right of the hotel, there's an ice cream shop. Their pecan ice cream is delicious, and their lemon-chili flavored ice cream is surprisingly amazing. Also nearby are a Wufangzhai specialty store and a cozy cat cafe. The hotel breakfast, priced at a very reasonable 38 RMB per person, offers great value. It includes live cooking stations for noodles and wontons, as well as fruit salads, freshly brewed coffee, and kid-friendly options like cereal and yogurt. Yuehe Street is also within easy reach. Hotel parking is free, and there are ample spaces, even during long holidays. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Ambiance: Good. High-floor rooms offered great views, and having a shopping mall right downstairs was very convenient. The surrounding area also felt quite new. Cleanliness: Very good, no noticeable issues. Facilities: Subpar. The air conditioning made a weird metallic clanging noise when on high. The plastic tissue dispenser was cracked, and the soap dish constantly had standing water, making it impractical. Service: Disappointing. For a luxury hotel, the service was quite subpar. 1. Most staff members did not proactively greet guests. I found it particularly awkward when housekeeping staff would just stare rather than acknowledge you in the hallways. 2. Food deliveries had to be collected downstairs, as there were no delivery robots or staff to bring them up. When asked, staff recited a standard, rather unhelpful explanation: 'Because our hotel doesn't have robots, and delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs, you have to come down to collect your order.' This felt like a completely meaningless excuse. 3. Even at the delivery pickup point, staff members would see guests approaching but continue their personal conversations inside, not even bothering to help open the door. Breakfast: Quite poor. There were hardly any meat options, primarily carbs and vegetables. Drink dispensers were left empty for long periods without replenishment. What was truly unbelievable was seeing children riding scooters or bikes inside the restaurant, completely unsupervised."

"I went on a business trip to Jiaxing but unexpectedly got an unexpected stay experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby and smelled the Longjing tea, I felt the attentiveness of this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk used a tablet to help me complete the formalities in three minutes, and the hand-painted version of ”Xiuzhou Food Map” handed over was simply a treasure - I ate authentic Zou Daxian Yanduxiang according to the recommendation. The zero-pressure bed in the room saved me from long-term cervical discomfort. I especially noticed that the USB port at the head of the bed has a luminous function, so I don’t have to find a socket in the dark to charge in the middle of the night. The detail that the gym is open 24 hours a day is a plus. After working overtime late at night, I can even use sports equipment with ice compress function. The most unforgettable thing is the episode when checking out: I casually mentioned that I had to catch the high-speed rail, and the concierge handed me a sandwich coffee combination in an insulated bag like magic. This kind of subtle and thoughtful service is probably the highest level of the hotel industry."
