"The hotel as a whole has ethnic characteristics, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the children said it was like a cabin in the forest and very cozy. "Right at the entrance of the scenic area, with unobstructed views, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The 'starry sky room' was a bit of a letdown though; the ceiling doesn't open, and even with the side curtains open, the view isn't clear – you still have to go outside to see anything! The temperature difference between day and night is huge, but the hotel's floor heating worked really well. We checked into the starry sky room quite early (3:30 PM), and it was incredibly hot – the AC couldn't keep up, so we ended up sitting by the door to get some breeze. By night, it was very comfortable, not cold at all, and there was plenty of hot water. We booked without breakfast, but the hotel kindly gave us two complimentary meals! With no other food options in the scenic area, these breakfasts were a lifesaver. Overall, both the facilities and the natural landscape are quite good, and the off-peak price was reasonable. If you're coming, a standard room type would suffice; the starry sky room isn't really necessary."

I could even catch glimpses of the local scenery from the window, which instantly helped me unwind after my journey. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade – it was even more spacious and comfortable. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. Every detail exuded quality.
What really stood out was the consistently attentive service. The butler proactively reached out before my check-in to understand my needs, patiently guided me through the process upon arrival, and even shared detailed recommendations for local food and attractions. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.

Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

2205766****賽里木湖真是太美了，帶着70多歲老爸老媽和11歲女兒暑期遊，由於不會開車就選擇了離景區遊客服務中心（東門）近的民宿，老闆人很好如果不是自駕可以開車接送，但要提前聯繫，如果走着大約1.6KM，房間三個床我和女兒一床一點兒也不擠，由於下雨還怕房間會冷，沒想到配備地暖一晚上很暖和，床品舒適，緩解了遊玩的疲憊。景區24小時門票，第二天補了區間車票，非常不錯等於玩了一天半。
