"We chose the Starlight Room with twin beds at Chao Ke Starlight Camp again. The camp has moved outside the scenic area now, which is a bit less convenient than its previous location inside, where you could just ”open the door and see the lake.” If you're planning an in-depth tour of the scenic area, you'll need to factor in a bit more travel time for round trips. Despite the change in location, the front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and even proactively offered us complimentary breakfast, which made us feel incredibly valued. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the starlight room design is really unique. Lying in bed at night, you can see the starry sky over Sayram Lake, which the kids absolutely loved. The cleanliness and overall environment were well-maintained; it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable."

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains from the window! It's also very convenient to get to and from scenic spots. Free parking.
Service: The attitude was very good.
Overall, I said I'd leave a good review when I left, and I even made a point of remembering the staff's name. But now I've kind of forgotten it. I think it was a young lady whose name sounded like 'Youqian' (meaning 'rich'). The guy at the front desk also provided excellent service. I'll definitely come again."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! If you're someone who appreciates a great view, I highly recommend this hotel. During the off-season, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded my room for free. The view from the window was truly breathtaking – a vast, snowy winter landscape. I could even watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' right from my room. The hotel was very quick to respond to any issues. At the restaurant, I believe I met either the hotel manager or the restaurant manager? They left quite an impression on me. They remembered guests' preferences and even suggested we mix our drinks with Wusu beer, so even if you're not a big beer drinker, you could still experience a different flavor. The breakfast spread was excellent, and as I was leaving, they even gave me a small lavender sachet. From the check-in experience to the thoughtful hospitality, everything was incredibly satisfying."

"Traveling alone, I always dread hotel hassles, but the Intercity completely alleviated those worries. Checking in was a breeze; front desk staff Laila and Yao Yuehong had me sorted in under a minute. The lovely Ma Mei from the front desk even carried my luggage all the way to my room. My first impression upon entering: clean, comfortable, and no strange odors. The window offered a stunning lake view – not a suite, but the expansive vista was more than enough. Gazing at the lake for a bit truly helped me unwind. I had originally planned to check out the next day and head to my next destination, but then I realized staying at the hotel was far more comfortable than rushing off. Plus, the lake was so close, I decided to extend my stay for another night to explore at a more leisurely pace. When I extended my stay, the front desk was just as efficient. They even gave me extra bottles of warm water, mentioning the dry weather and the importance of staying hydrated. The attention to detail was truly impressive."

Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

The service was superb; they prepared a gift bag and upgraded us to a cabin. The cabin had underfloor heating and was fully equipped, which is crucial for traveling with elderly people. The afternoon tea was also wonderful, and the environment was very comfortable.
