"Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch."

"I went to Moganshan for fun and arrived late at night by high-speed train, so I chose Tianan Yungu Atour Hotel near the high-speed train. The hotel was newly renovated with a unique, novel and fashionable decoration style. The room was large and well-equipped, with all the toiletries available. The waiters were also nice, and the luggage was carefully kept at the front desk. Free mineral water was also given when I checked out. This time I booked the hotel without breakfast, so I will definitely try their breakfast next time if necessary."

"It was a trip with a full experience. The park has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and first-class service. Special thanks to the customer service Xiaoyue for her first-class service. I left something in the room after checking out, and I didn't know it myself. She called several times to confirm and helped me to express it. The shuttle bus service was also very good, and every driver had a very good attitude."

"Words can’t describe how beautiful our stay was at Naked Stables resort in Moganshan. Aside from the beautiful location with the lush greenery and amazing wildlife, the hotel and room architecture was very beautiful. The range of activities was never ending with enough activities for everyone. We did the resort trail horse ride and the complimentary land rover experience and they were unforgettable. The stables are very clean and the trainers and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. We stayed during the Dragon Boat Festival national holiday and although the hotel was fully booked the staff was very attentive and all our needs were met. There is a daily activities schedule which is updated every day and the dining options are diverse and very tasty. I would recommend checking the weather in advance to fully enjoy the activities but we will definitely be visiting this beautiful resort again in the future."

Nadia made my stay entertaining and pleasant as she included me in activities, gave an incredible tour of the castle, and her enthusiasm is an undeniable element to the experience of this resort.The facilities are immaculate, cleanliness and user satisfaction are top priority at Naked Castle and I will definitely be returning again soon in the near future."

"A fantastic 4 night stay. The indoor pool and play place were great for our 4 and 1 year old in the middle of winter. The accommodation was great, and our daughters loved the golf cart rides around the huge resort. Friendly staff, and the wechat butler (Yi Yan) was phenomenal help. No real need for perfect Chinese, but the more you speak the more you will enjoy the resort. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy for 4 days 👍"

"It’s a very standard hotel a bit far off from the city center, but relatively close to a shopping mall area with lots of shops and food. There’s also a café like around 300 meters away. We stayed there to go hike in Moganshan and as the hotel is in the city you will need to take a taxi to get there. Breakfast was okay and employees were extra nice, they helped us ordering food via app!"

"This time I took my children to Moganshan during the May Day holiday and chose this hotel. As soon as I checked in at the lobby, the front desk service was super good. I was also upgraded to a suite for free. The room was fully equipped with smart toilets, smart curtains and free inves**ent. There are TVs with large screens and smart little robots that give away free gifts. The room aunt is also very enthusiastic if you need anything. Overall, the experience is good. During the May Day period, there are a variety of breakfast options, including handmade noodles and small wontons and large wontons. The noodles have a variety of toppings and side dishes to match. After selecting, the restaurant staff will help cook the noodles. The hotel is equipped with a 24-hour gym and laundry room. Free parking is available, and the parking lot is large and has enough parking spaces, which solves the problem of parking vehicles during holidays. A small gift was given to the children when they checked in. There were free bubble water and small toy lollipops for the children to choose from at the front desk when they checked in."
