Upon arrival, an airport shuttle bus took us directly to the resort hotel, and they also provided airport transfer service for our departure. If you can't provide a service, don't advertise it. 2. **Buffet Dinner:** The buffet dinner is only redeemable once, even for guests who purchased a two-night package. 3. **Shuttle to Tourist Center:** The shuttle service to the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center covers only 2km, a taxi for which would cost the minimum fare of 10 RMB. 4. **Petting Zoo:** The ”petting zoo” consists of two deer. You need to buy feed to interact with them, and this facility is accessible to all hotel guests, not just package holders. 5. **Travel Photography:** The travel photography benefit includes a free trial of two outfits, with no other services provided."
