"Very zen looking hotel very near the entrance to the Big Buddha Scenic Area. We were upgraded to a room at the first level with a huge courtyard. Though nice, we did not have the time to enjoy the extra space. Both the shower and toilet doors are of translucent glass and has no lock. 4 bottles of drinking water and 3in1 coffee are provided in the room. There's a small washing machine in the room but without full dryer function. Hotel compound is nice. Complimentary afternoon tea is actually self service biscuits, nuts and Chinese tea. There is also a free 3gb e-sim which we did not use. Free Hanfu experience is actually a few pieces of traditional clothings hung at the hotel reception where we are free to wear for self photo takings. We did not try as the costumes look like they were there for a long time and we were concerned about it's cleanliness. Breakfast is at another hotel a buggy ride away. We were supposed to be able to walk a short distance to the pier to board the ferry to see the Leshan Big Buddha but unfortunately, that pier was closed due to tide issues. We had to take the scenic bus (buggy) at RMB 15 per pax for a return trip to Wuyou ferry terminal to board the ferry. It was a long walk from the drop off point to the ferry terminal both ways. Would recommend this hotel for the room and hotel compound. However, if proximity to ferry terminal is a consideration, it pays to check that the pier near the hotel is in operation."

"Traveling with a friend, the room was very clean, and the facilities were brand new. Hot water was instant, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The shampoo was really good too. Vivian at the front desk provided excellent service. Breakfast had a wide variety, and free parking was a big plus. The hotel is quite large, and I think it's pretty good. I recommend it, a must-have for travel, and great value for money."

They even provided recommendations for local restaurants, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. There are also plenty of great local eateries right next door, like Yingzi's Fried Skewers and Grandma Ju's Shaved Ice, which were both exceptionally delicious. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful and warm touch. The rooms are relatively new, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our whole family slept soundly during our two-night stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even kindly offered our family of three a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. Although the hotel's parking lot was full when we arrived, and we had to park at Wanda Plaza, the hotel graciously reimbursed us for the parking fee. This amazing view brought us good mood and atmosphere during stay. It is a bit expensive during May day holiday. It is the best choice for lodging under the premise of avoiding holiday and festive days for staggered shift tourism. "The room met my expectations, but be aware that rooms on the second floor on the right side don't have windows. Try to request a room on the third floor if possible (the 180-degree river view rooms are only on the second and third floors). The service was excellent, especially from Monroe, who provided a local food map and detailed taxi guide. The recommended 'Qiaojiao Beef' was particularly delicious! For breakfast, the noodles and rice noodles are freshly made, and the stir-fried dishes taste good too. For a hotel at this price point, the location, cleanliness, and service are all great. In the evening, you can take a pleasant stroll along the riverside road; the lighting is beautiful."

There's also a bird named 'Xiao Xiao' at the front desk, like the hotel's mascot, who is very friendly with guests and loves to play. MM2ek7m4k0****The hotel service was excellent! Breakfast was included, and they proactively offered airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. When we checked in, the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest various travel strategies for Mount Emei. The driver, who might have been the owner, even chatted with us about Mount Emei's culture, Buddhist culture, and other tourism resources in Sichuan, which was very interesting. There's also a lovely, chubby cat named Coco at the guesthouse who is incredibly friendly. She purrs as soon as you pet her and even meows gently outside your door, knowing which room you're in, and loves to cuddle and roll around. Overall, the entire trip felt very thoughtful and personalized.

There are so many great restaurants and small eateries around the hotel; you can pick any with your eyes closed and won't be disappointed! The locals are all so warm-hearted! They give incredibly detailed information if you just ask! Prices are exceptionally friendly! One visit to Mount Emei and you'll fall in love with this city! Le Méridien Hotel is an even more worthwhile choice! Whatever your needs, the hotel manager and the front desk staff will accommodate them! A special shout-out to the female duty manager and the handsome guys at the front desk! The hotel also offers hot springs (both indoor and outdoor)! Hugely recommended! GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the food street, and you can take a walk in Binjiang Park if you are full and drink. Self-driving parking is very convenient. The young lady at the front desk is very intimate to help us with our luggage, and the rose tea delivered to the room is also very delicious! The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. Very quiet place to fall asleep in a second. Leshan is the first hotel to play.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

The family room had spacious beds (both the large and small ones), and the room itself was very clean. The river view rooms boast fantastic scenery, and the third floor also offers beautiful night views. Its excellent location meant my parents could easily take leisurely strolls along the river in both the morning and evening.

There are so many hot springs, and the ones suitable for kids include a wave pool, a bubble party, and a waterslide pool – my children absolutely loved it. Our room was upgraded, and it had a balcony with a garden view. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; Ms. Wang even prepared a souvenir for my child. We'll definitely be back!

ZZhouyuchangtingI honestly thought the conditions at the top of the mountain would be just okay, but I was genuinely surprised this time. Just look at the pictures! Seriously, the facilities are new, the underfloor heating is excellent, there's plenty of hot water available at all times, and breakfast was incredibly comfortable! Thanks to the owner's reminder, we got to see the sunset, and they enthusiastically shared routes and must-see spots. It's very close to Golden Summit, just a 15-minute walk, and also near the cable car down the mountain. It's located at a fork in the road, so it's very quiet. We had a comfortable two-day stay and felt it was excellent value for money. Thanks to the owner and the staff for their care! This experience has once again raised my expectations for Sichuan people and businesses! Highly recommend!!!
