"The owner contacted me a day in advance, and on the day of arrival, a young man named Duoji even picked me up from the high-speed train station with some Moutai! I stayed for two nights, and the owner kindly upgraded my room. I could lie on the balcony and sunbathe directly, gazing at the blue sky – it was a perfect experience. The guesthouse itself is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. When they heard my family had some altitude sickness, the front desk lady and the owner thoughtfully brought us glucose water and an oxygen concentrator. A major plus is that the hotel has dispersed oxygen, which is usually sufficient. Breakfast was incredibly rich, so much so that one person couldn't possibly finish it all!
In short, my stay was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. P.S. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the design and decoration of the guesthouse; next time, maybe they could give us a tour!"

2. **Service:** The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. They not only proactively helped with our luggage but also thoughtfully provided pickup and drop-off services, which were truly touching details.
3. **Room:** The rooms are designed in a ******* style, showcasing strong local characteristics. They are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and even come with heating. The bathroom features a heated toilet seat and a bathtub. From the small skylight, you can even catch a glimpse of the prayer wheel on Guishan.

"I originally planned to stay for two nights, but since everything was so comfortable, I extended my stay for another three nights, ending up spending my entire Shangri-La trip at this guesthouse.
The hotel sets up a dedicated service group chat, which is incredibly convenient for any requests or questions. I booked a room on the fourth floor, and when we arrived, a young man came down to meet us. Without a word, he helped us carry our two huge suitcases up to the fourth floor – seriously impressive, as I was a bit out of breath just walking up myself.
The service in all aspects was incredibly thoughtful. They provided breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and a late-night sweet soup, keeping us well-fed throughout the day. What made it even more enjoyable was the abundance of animals at the hotel: three adorable Alaskan Malamutes, lambs, ponies, and deer. Feeding the animals carrots every day was a lot of fun. The hotel also offers ******* costume photography services. The photos turned out beautifully, and we didn't even have to leave the hotel, with various public areas perfect for amazing shots. This place will definitely be my first choice again next time I visit Shangri-La."

"I initially booked this hotel hoping to experience snow, but unfortunately it wasn’t our luck this year. Even so I was still extremely excited because the view here is absolutely breathtaking. The natural scenery is so beautiful and peaceful , truly a joy to wake up to every day.
One of the highlights of this hotel is the surrounding area which is full of animals such as sheep, alpacas, horses, huskies and ducks. We could interact and play with them which made the stay even more special and memorable.
The room was very beautiful, comfortable and most importantly very clean. On top of that we felt truly welcomed by all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ah Yang, front desk and the rest of the team 🫶🏻 even though we couldn’t speak Mandarin, it was never an issue. They went out of their way to assist us and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
I would definitely come back here again, and hopefully next time we’ll be lucky enough to see the snow 😊"

The guesthouse gets great sunlight, and just chilling out in the sun during the day made me feel like a tree doing photosynthesis – so relaxing. If you're looking for some quiet time alone, you can head to the library on the first floor to read or work; there's always a cozy little corner for you. But if you're keen to meet new people, the common area with the fireplace is perfect. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and everyone chats, shares stories, and recommends cool places, making it feel just like hanging out at a friend's house. And Bala, the dog, is adorable and smelled so good after his bath! On top of all that, the restaurant, which is a converted temple, is really unique, and the breakfast spread is delicious and varied. Being able to slowly enjoy a warm breakfast in the morning just made the whole day feel better. My friends and I absolutely loved it here. Enya Inn is definitely the anchor of our Shangri-La memories, and we'd love to come back again."

"Facilities: Although the page says 2015, this is your best choice in Shangri-La. The facilities are so complete, you won't want to leave your room or even the hotel itself.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean and tidy. Even if you're a germaphobe or sensitive to certain smells, you'll be comfortable here.
Service: The staff are gentle and the service is excellent.
Highly recommended! You must save this one.
If you're young, there's a really nice bar downstairs.
If you're a foodie, the location is superb, with everything you could want within a 1km radius.
If you're older, it's quiet and comfortable here. Wake up in the morning and gaze at the mountains – it's all-encompassing.
As for why I spontaneously changed my booking? If you truly enjoy staying in luxurious rural settings, Jianglu is nestled in the fields, but not being able to see the rooms beforehand isn't very accommodating! You could try the cafe out in the middle of nowhere, but I don't know the prices.

Since it was the off-season, they kindly upgraded our room when there was availability, and we ended up booking for four nights straight! The location right next to Dukezong Ancient City is super convenient for getting around. The room itself was incredibly photogenic, with a large skylight that let the morning sun gently wake me up each day, instead of an abrupt alarm. Free parking was also a big plus. My only minor issue was that in winter, it's really hard to dry clothes after washing them. Since you can't pack too many heavy clothes to switch out, a dryer would have been a fantastic addition."

"Our rooms faced the mountains rather than Napa Lake, but the view was still beautiful, and we were greeted by yaks outside our window in the morning. The children loved it here. There was one white yak, as well as sheep and horses within the homestay compound. Afternoon tea was enjoyable with a variety of coffee options and views of the grasslands and Napa Lake. At night, we were served hot yak milk and butter tea, and the staff lit the fireplace for us, the temperature was subzero.
We loved the in-house restaurant and had dinner there both nights, the food was exceptional, the best we had in Yunnan. Breakfast was fantastic, with hot dishes and a good mix of ******* and Yunnan specialties. The oxygen diffuser in the room was very helpful for altitude adjustment. When my child had altitude sickness, the staff came immediately to check on him and provided an oxygen canister with nasal tubing.
The ******* photography experience is complimentary and includes three free soft copy photos. However, the prices for purchasing additional photos are quite high.
Nonetheless, very comfortable stay and highly recommended!"

The staff were warm, friendly, and very responsive on WeChat, helping us with recommendations and getting around. Getting a DIDI from the hotel was easy and fuss-free. The coffee was surprisingly great too.
What really made this stay unforgettable were the animals — goats roaming freely all day and the hotel’s three affectionate dogs who clearly loved hugs. It felt like a beautiful, peaceful farm stay and created memories we’ll keep for a long time.
Truly a fun and special stay. I already wish I could come back. The staff was so sweet too, before check out they knew we needed our morning coffee so they made coffee for us, but so sad we left before we could have some 😭😭"

This stay was truly captivating, and the owner's hospitality captivated me! My sister highly recommended this homestay in Dukezong Ancient Town. The owner, Zhuoma, proactively asked about our itinerary from the moment we booked. Upon arrival, she not only provided a detailed and practical guide to Shangri-La, but also shared tips on hidden gems and pitfalls to avoid. It was even more reliable than a handy guide.
The most heartwarming thing was that as soon as we dropped off our luggage, the owner brought us hot yak milk. It warmed me up and instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. The amenities were even more amazing. The entire home is equipped with smart home technology, allowing for voice control of lights and curtains, making it incredibly easy to use. The furniture is all brand new and high-quality, and it's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the renovations, making the stay both comfortable and technologically advanced.
The view from the window is incredibly thoughtful, and this homestay is simply divine!
The room I stayed in this time truly took full advantage of its ”view room” status. In the morning, as I pulled back the heavy blackout curtains, the view before me was breathtaking: directly across from me was the lush greenery of Guishan Park, and the large prayer wheel atop the mountaintop was so clear it seemed almost palpable. Especially in the evening, the setting sun cast a warm glow on the prayer wheel, and even the people circumambulating the park could be vaguely seen. I didn't have to squeeze into the crowds at the observation deck; I could quietly enjoy this unique view from my room. The photos I took and posted on WeChat Moments were met with inquiries about the address.
Even more touching was the thoughtful attention to detail at the B&B. Considering the local climate and altitude, an oxygen concentrator was pre-installed in the room. The owner came to teach me how to use it. When I occasionally felt a little hypoxic at night, I turned it on and immediately felt much better. Hanging in the closet was a thick, complimentary down jacket. The clean, simple design meant I didn't have to carry heavy clothing, and I wore it when I went out to visit the park or see the prayer wheels, offering both windproof and warmth. This thoughtful consideration of the guests' needs was even more heartwarming than the scenery itself. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! When we checked out, the owner even prepared a Vajra knot, a local ******* gift, for my girlfriend and me. It was a thoughtful gesture, and it was truly heartwarming. The entire experience was not only comfortable, but also felt like visiting a friend's home. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The environment is fantastic, both indoors and outdoors, and the rooms themselves are wonderful. The views from the room are absolutely stunning. It has a projector screen, smart curtains, a bathtub, a foot bath, floor heating, and bed heating – basically, every amenity is top-notch. What I loved most was the outdoor area with a huge lawn, perfect for photos and just relaxing. There are also dogs, cats, rabbits, and sheep at the guesthouse. The natural lighting in the guesthouse is excellent. The owner, the young staff member, and the auntie were all incredibly friendly, warm, and polite. They even helped us carry our luggage to the room and thoroughly explained all the room's features. The breakfast was delicious, and the guesthouse also offers other food options that are equally tasty! Plus, there are outfits you can try on for photos. I had a really comfortable stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

This hotel, however, is perfectly located right in the old town, just a two or three-minute walk from the prayer wheel. It's super convenient for dining out and strolling through the ancient city. Plus, they have a free parking lot. The best part is, it looks exactly like the photos online! The owners are incredibly friendly and the room heating is excellent. First, the location is perfect. you can just walk to everywhere. If you take Didi, they can drop you off in front of the entrance.
The hotel has everything you need, like floor heating, a humidifier, and even oxygen supply (which honestly saved us). The dry air and high altitude are no joke, we had AMS and nosebleeds, so this was super helpful. Also washing machine and drier is provided.
And the owner is amazingly kind and helpful. They helped with our luggage, booked tickets for us, and even arranged transportation for us to Potatso National Park.

Room is spacious, clean and equipped with smart electronics, where you can watch movie or music with big projector. Even toilet bowl has its own sensors to auto open and auto flush.
A human designed room where everything js being considered, separated toilet and shower, 2 water basin.
We were welcomed with hot milk. Highly recommended!

KKasidiliya-lamanqiawangmengThis stay completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us check in quickly. They even proactively told us about the hotel's facilities and local dining spots – top marks for attention to detail. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable; I felt the travel fatigue melt away as soon as I lay down. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided, including a powerful hairdryer, which was really convenient.

KKakak PetakSaya booked 2 bilik di hotel ni. Hotel sangat cantik, view lawa sangat, ada banyak binatang kat sini, staff kat sini sangat baik2, and will make sure that you sangat selesa kat sini. They provide us with selection of halal breakfast, ada free coffee & cookies di Heidou Cafe (of coz free), boleh get some nice picture with tibet costume. Bilik dia as you see in their photo. Selesa and cantik. Also before check out they give us some souvenir. Recommended to stay here. Also location dia sebelah je dengan Li siman hotel. L isiman harga ehem2 sikit but kat sini harga dia seriously affordable but same stunning view.

The window opens up to a breathtaking lake view of Lamuyangcuo Lake, its waters shimmering, with the golden rooftops of Songzanlin Monastery glistening in the light on the opposite bank. The lake and temple reflect each other beautifully, making every photo look like it's from a magazine! The hotel's travel photography service is incredibly thoughtful; the photographer really knows how to frame a shot, follows you patiently throughout, and the resulting pictures are fantastic, truly capturing the ******* ambiance!
The room decor is luxuriously beyond imagination, perfectly blending ******* aesthetics with top-tier amenities. Every detail exudes high-end quality, from the brass bathroom fixtures to the exquisite ******* ornaments – luxury is in every detail! The underfloor heating maintains a constant temperature all day, keeping you warm even at high altitudes. Plus, there's whole-room oxygen supply and spare nasal cannulas, so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness at all; it's an incredibly comfortable stay!
Staying here in Shangri-La is definitely a top-tier choice; you can't go wrong!
